The location is perfect for our needs
We have been staying at this apartment hotel a few times a year the past 4 years and it's appearing to be dated / less appealing. There was no car park available when I communicated one was required, the couch was all peeling, there were dirty dishes in the cupboard, smashed window and a hinge on a cupboard was broken. It is spacious and clean and comfy in all other aspects though it just needs to be maintained.

Good clean apartment. bed was comfy. Plenty of room to sit and chill. Great location as shopping centre over the road and a nice food precinct attached to rear.
Pillows too soft for my liking. No one at reception on arrival and when contacted seemed more annoyed to have to come out.
Car parking confusing as not may marked bays for hotel guests.

Beautiful room
Awesome layout with balcony
Everything you need for a multiple nights stay
Tight squeeze entry for vehicle
Lift in maintenance mode (but I have a slight phobia in lifts already)
