Grande e magnifica casa situata in posizione ideale a Le Lavandou, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Jean Blanc ea 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Aiguebelle. La casa gode di un'incredibile vista sul mare sulle isole Levant, Bagaud e Port-cros e un'esposizione a sud
220 m2 di spazio abitativo disposti su 3 livelli.
A livello della terrazza, è composto da: un ingresso, una camera da letto, un bagno con doccia, servizi igienici separati, una sala da pranzo con cucina a vista completamente attrezzata e una grande camera da letto con bagno (vasca, doccia, lavandino, wc) tutte le camere hanno accesso alla terrazza e tutte hanno vista sul mare.
A livello della piscina, comprende: 3 camere da letto che si aprono direttamente sulla terrazza in teak, 2 bagni con doccia e wc.
A livello della camera "tower": camera completamente indipendente che comprende un bagno, 1 lavandino e una terrazza molto carina con vista sul mare.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Extremely well equipped, set in beautiful gardens, with the most spectacular views imaginable. Well set out bedrooms and bathrooms, living and dining areas, large patios, extremely well equipped kitchen with an additional double BBQ external area, and an exquisite swimming pool. Fun for all ages with the pool, table football, and pétanque area. Most importantly a three minute walk down to one of the prettiest beaches you can imagine. We had three generations of family with eleven people. We have travelled much of the world, but everyone rated this as one of the best holiday homes ever. Also the proprietor, Nathalie, was always available and extremely responsive. None of us wanted to leave, and we would all love to return.

We spent four days at this home in Le lavandou with children and grandchildren. It was the perfect spot for our visit to this area along the French Mediterranean coast.
The kitchen was the best appointed we've had in our years of staying in vacation rental homes. We had everything we needed for cooking in and enjoying dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea.
The beds were comfortable, and with six bedrooms over three levels we all had some space when we wished.
The heated pool was a hit with our grandchildren and the beach a short walk.
Nathalie was helpful and answered our few questions promptly. We will definitely return.

This house is great. It is interesting and comfortable with absolutely wonderful views. Did I mention the VIEWS!!! Eight of us stayed there for a week in June.The pool is great. It is an easy hike down to the beach to swim in the sea — in a beautiful small bay. It is not as easy a hike back up, but definitely worth it.One of us had a fold-up bicycle which made it easy to visit one of the two (excellent) local bakeries for the morning croissants.There are always negatives with a vacation and we had two — both related. Traffic in the South of France is a nightmare. Nose to tail everywhere you go, even in June! Plan on staying close to the villa! The other problem is the traffic noise from the road below the villa. My friends say that as we are all getting deaf anyway it didnt really matter!!The owners were readily accessible when we needed help. They could not have been kinder. All of us would recommend this villa and are sorry that we did not have the chance to stay longer.
