Questa casa a schiera con tre camere da letto arredata con gusto ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante, a pochi passi dai negozi di Shoal Bay, dai ristoranti e dalla spiaggia.
L'unità 3 Frangipani è ben arredata con una piacevole sensazione di spazio aperto, la cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di lavastoviglie e forno a microonde, la zona giorno climatizzata si affaccia sul balcone soleggiato con barbecue e vista sull'acqua filtrata.
Tutte le camere sono al piano superiore, la camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato e il bagno principale ha una vasca / doccia. C'è una lavanderia interna con lavatrice, asciugatrice e terza toilette situata al piano inferiore e uno spazio auto coperto.
Shoal Bay offre il meglio delle spiagge della baia, ristoranti, bar e negozi, lascia la macchina e cammina per tutto !!

We stayed in this property as 2 families and regular visitors to the area.
The proximity to the Shoal Bay Area is great and loved being able to walk to all amenities.
We were let down by the cleanliness of the property with our feet dirty walking on the tiles within the first hour of checking in. There was one soap bottle that was less than a quarter full that was to service 2.5 bathrooms and the kitchen. The BBQ was filthy that we didn’t end up using it. I really expected a little more for the cost of the property.

Very clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Wish we could have opened the upstairs bedroom windows more than 10cm though. Thanks.

It’s in a great location but the cleanliness of the apartment was
not good. Crumbs in between cushions on lounge, could do with a good clean. Curtains falling off track and have been there for some time. The whole place could do with good update. i.e throw cushions curtains, mattress protectors etc

This little place is in a wonderful position. Very short walking distance to Shoal Bay beach, shops, cafes, pubs, clubs and Tomaree mountain track. It was so spacious and filled with lovely sunlight each day. We stayed in winter and the split system worked great to keep us warm night. Very well priced at 285 a night. Would recommend for families or groups of couples staying together.

Good property. Only complaint is that there was no hot water the first night. After a cold swim at the beach you need hot water for showers..... turn the hot water on the day before so that it can heat or put in an over ride switch.

The accommodation was great, plenty of room to move about with 4 of us in appartment. Everything is provided for a very relaxing holiday & overall was very clean inside. I would certainly recommend this property .
