Affascinante villa tradizionale di 140 m2 a sud del Luberon.
Perfetto per una famiglia, con piscina privata riscaldata di 9m X 4m senza vis-à-vis e la sua casa piscina di 40 m2 completamente attrezzata (barbecue, plancha, frigo, ecc ...). Un giardino recintato di 1100 m2, con bocce, ping-pong.
Ogni domenica, ci piace offrire ai nostri ospiti, colazione (pane fresco e dolci ...) a cocooner un po '... Ci occupiamo anche della manutenzione della piscina ogni settimana.
La nostra casa si trova a 1. 2 km dal centro di Pertuis, vicino a tutti i servizi, panificio, farmacia, cinema, supermercato.
Vicino al centro della città ma anche ai vigneti e alla natura, gli amanti delle passeggiate e del ciclismo saranno lieti.
Pertuis è idealmente situato nel cuore della Provenza e del Luberon, a 25 minuti da Aix en Provence o Gordes, a 20 minuti da Lourmarin o altri piccoli villaggi tipici provenzali ea 45 minuti dal mare (Marsiglia, Cassis, La corona ecc ...). Le città di Orange, Nîmes sono 1 ora di auto e la Costa Azzurra ti offre le braccia solo 2 ore di auto ... Cosa scoprire una vasta gamma di tutto quello che la Provenza e la regione PACA possono offrirti.
La nostra casa ha al piano terra: una master suite (letto 160) con cabina doccia, WC separato, cucina, una grande entrata della cattedrale, una sala da pranzo, una sala attrezzata con un bambino a piedi Bonzini per la gioia di grande e piccolo e un bucato. Al piano 2 camere, 1 SdB con vasca e 1 WC.
L'intera casa ha un pavimento rinfrescante che offre una piacevole sensazione di benessere. Possibilità di parcheggiare in campo.
Connessione Internet (wifi) e telefono, grande schermo con videoproiettore, televisione con Netflix.
Durante l'estate si può godere di festival nella zona e mercati notturni. Pertuis è anche non lontano dal Verdon. Potrete godere della bellezza del Luberon, la sua ricchezza, la gastronomia della Provenza; È possibile visitare la città di Aix en Provence, trascorrere del tempo in mare, se vi piace, o optare per una giornata al lago di Sainte Croix.

We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Phillipe and Isabelle were very discrete yet helpful hosts.
The villa is stunning and with lots of unique decorations and the outside space met all of our requirements - the garden, the pool, the outside kitchen and the ping pong table!!
Would highly recommend this property.

The week before the trip our booking changed to cancelled. After a few stressful calls I was advised that it was a website error. This was dealt with quickly by the Vrbo team and property owner, Phillipe. The house was as expected - very stylish with lots of quirky and interesting decor. It was also every clean and we had everything we needed for the stay. From the details I had expected it to be a bit more in the countryside - it was on the edge of Pertuis. So a little more in the town than expected but easy to access everything we needed. Lots of supermarkets nearby and beautiful villages and chateaux. The house has everything you need to enjoy your holiday - the outdoor eating and lounge areas were great and we loved the seating area, fridge and bbq area by the pool - this was used a lot (as was the table tennis table and boules set!). The property owners were nearby so you can easily reach them if you need to but we didn’t - all went very smoothly. I’d highly recommend the house - it was perfect for our needs.

The house has everything you need and more. All small things are taken care of: tablets for dishwasser, toiletpaper, soap for your laundry etc. Through floorcooling the house stays very comfortable when it is hot inside. Big fridge both inside and in the outside kitchen. Very kind and respectful owners.
Only point of improvement is that there is limited space in the cupboards of the bedrooms to put your clothes.
People in the village are very friendly!

If you are looking for a villa that has it all: pool, outdoor kitchen, cold water cooling, huge TV, table football etc, this is a great place. In addition, the house is decorated with great care, giving it very much a place like home. Communication and hospitality of the owners - who also stayed on the premises - were great. We liked the little extras very much: from the wine to not having to think about the dish washer tablets!
Location near Pertuis and not far from nice villages, Aix or even the sea come on top of that. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house situated near a lovely small village. Everything you could need was catered for by Philippe & Isabelle, they were the perfect hosts!
The house has all modern amenities, especially the state of art under floor aircon. No expense has been spared and it shows.
Would definitely recommend the villa to anyone visiting Pertuis and the surrounding areas. A visit to Aix en Provence is a must!

Vi hadde en kjempe fin ferieuke, huset var bedre enn forventet og hadde alt man trenger. Fullt utstyrt. Flott svømmebasseng og utekjøkken. Veldig stilig dekorert hus med gjennomgående provence stil. Kort avstand til pertui. Veldig hyggelig vertsskap som tok oss godt imot og hjalp oss og ga gode råd om hva vi kunne se og gjøre. Kan anbefale dette huset på det sterkeste. Masse ting å gjøre en kort biltur unna. Anbefaler en tur til chateau la coste.

Our week staying at Luberon Villa was both relaxing and without need for improvement. Philippe and Isabelle are fantastic hosts and would have been on hand should we have needed anything - not that we did :)
All of the amenities in the villa are finished to a high standard. The pool and BBQ area made enjoying the weather even easier and the garden has been creatively assembled.
Pertuis centre s a 15 minute walk with all the usual local shops available and there are numerous activities available including horse riding, wine tasting or rafting within a short drive - not that we wanted to leave the villa.
Would highly recommend for both the warm welcome and the quality of the stay!!

We had a fantastic holiday in Isabelle and Philippe's beautiful house. The house had everything we needed. The size was perfect for a family of four (three double bedrooms). The pool, the pool house and the garden area are a delight. The weather was hot in August and we spent a lot of time in the pool area. It is great for relaxing, cooling off in the pool and enjoying the barbecue facilities... including an outdoor fridge!
The immediate area is peaceful and the neighbours were both friendly and helpful. Pertuis itself is an old Provence town with a good collection of restaurants and supermarkets... all you need. You are less than an hour's drive from the airport; 25 minutes drive from Aix-en-Provence; 75 minutes or so to Arles (well worth a visit).
Philippe and Isabelle were perfect hosts and looked after us very well when we needed their help or advice. I hope we get to go back some day soon!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé passé 2 semaines dans cette maison car on se sentait vraiment chez soi ! L'accueil a été formidable et les propriétaires toujours à disposition. Ils nous ont conseillé sur les visites ou les petits restos sympas et nous ont laissé leur magnifique maison dans un climat de grande confiance ce qui est vraiment très agréable !

ce séjour restera marqué dans nos mémoires, super acueil des propriétaires, maison agencée et rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, résidence paissible( pas ou peu de bruits au alentours). accès rapide aux différents centres commerciaux. accès aux nouvelles technologies( wifi, écran plat,...). Propriétaire disponible en cas de tracas. Bref, nous y retournons cet été.
