We had a good experience working with Barbara. She met us right at the door where we quickly took our luggage upstairs while my husband waited with the car, which she then showed us where to park in a convenient garage just down the street. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Barbara was so nice and made sure we had all the information we needed to have a nice stay. Close to a metro, the train station, parks, museums, food, shopping, etc. We had our daughter with us, so the two bedrooms were nice to have. Very positive stay. We loved Madrid! Thanks Barbara!

The unit is very sunny and spacious Great area and a short walk from Atocha
Barbara was very professional and available if needed
I would definately rent again when back to Madrid
