Situato in posizione tranquilla, lo chalet di 450 m2 può ospitare un minimo di 17 persone, 6 camere da letto e 6 SBD, ampia sala da pranzo, sala home cinema spaziosa e confortevole. Cucina attrezzata aperta su un piacevole giardino d'inverno immerso nel verde.
Varie attività ricreative a seconda della stagione: sala cinema, piscina, idromassaggio, sauna, solarium.
Le Châlet ha un ascensore che consente un facile accesso ai piani per le persone con mobilità ridotta, ma anche per il montaggio di valigie.
La vicinanza al centro città consente un accesso facile e veloce a vari servizi ma anche ad attività ricreative per adulti e bambini. Area sciistica, pista di pattinaggio, parapendio, trampolino, ecc.
Il cinema può essere convertito in una sala per seminari per un gruppo di 15 a 20 persone.
Situato a 1400 m sul livello del mare, la vista panoramica sulle Alpi è mozzafiato.

We were an extended family of 10 adults and 8 kids aged 2-16. There was space for everyone, beautiful garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, large table outside for our meals in fine weather and inside when cold: room to play charades in the evening, a movie on a wet day, superb hiking, superb views… ideal for a family reunion.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Nendaz at this charming chalet! It was the perfect weekend getaway — peaceful, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere was so calming, ideal for recharging with family or friends. We loved the well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to cook great meals together, the shelves full of books for quiet moments, and the sunny terrace for relaxing in the fresh mountain air. The hiking trails nearby were stunning too. A perfect mix of comfort, nature, and simplicity — we’ll definitely be back!

Enjoyed the stay. Close proximity to Ski lifts and can hit all 4 Valles. Suggested to host to have give more notice on the deposit and have more avenues/ways to give him the deposit. He only wanted cash and I didnt have time to get cash being that I left the U.S.A. on a Sunday and he advised me of the cash deposit THAT Sunday morning. No Cashapp or Zelle option either.Host is VERY nice and helpful. Thank you, Jean. Enjoyed it.

We stayed here in August 2015 and it was the perfect house! We are a group of 9 friends and there was plenty of space for us all. The view from this house is incredible and we loved all the facilities - the good-sized pool, the sauna, the hot tub and the home cinema. The lift is also really useful for bringing cases and shopping into the house. The lounge is a great size and really comfy. There are two good areas for eating - the dining room and the conservatory and the chalet has equipment for raclettes and fondues. There is also plenty of space for eating outside and a great bbq. Its an easy 5 minute walk into the town and a nice area. There is good public transport links to other places too. We had a car, but it would be perfectly possible to function without one.The house has functioning wifi, but we didn’t find it to be the most reliable. The owners were helpful and we had no issues during our stay. We would recommend the chalet and would definitely go back.
