Location of the property is very good
Apartments was easy to locate and is a very safe place
Sufficient space and all facilities available at property eg iron washing machine etc
Quality of matrreses is poor, one of my child had to sleep on the floor as the mattress was unsafe to sleep on
Dishes taken out from cabinets were very dirty and needed washing prior to using

Warm and spacious
Throws over the settee hid the dirtiness and cigarette burns . Hot water was difficult to work

Position, access
Beds were lumpy and could do with either new mattress or topper.it was advertised as a 3 bedroom which was a little misleading as it was actually a double en suite, a 2 single bedded room and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
