Great location - just a short walk into Old Colorado Town and a short drive to the beautiful Manitou Springs. Very comfortable, very clean, excellent amenities and well equipped. Just perfect

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfy.

This property is the perfect location to downtown Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Then of course Garden of the Gods. Also, I always come over prepared but they had all the bases covered with laundry detergent as well as toiletries.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.

The shower was small.

Location is good, the host was very responsive and suggested solutions on the spot. Enough parking for 4 cars. Easy access with keypad locks. Variety of kitchen tools was great. 7 eleven right around the corner, walking distance. Quiet neighborhood.

The pictures are quite deceiving, the house is nowhere as bright as you might think. It is an old house with some make-up thrown on it. Bathtub is tiny and its coat was peeling off, despite it being clean, begged some questions. Couch in the living room is a little worn, nothing critical but worth mentioning. Lists as a pet friendly home, which it is, but be aware of a $75 cleaning fee. Makes a stay of your dog cost more than a person and was over 20% of the total price in my case. Game room in the basement should not be listed as a room, it is tiny, dark, and, honestly, I was scared to go down there until more friends arrived in the morning.

Great cottage, completely stocked, close to attractions. Clean and comfortable. Host is easy to contact and communicates well. Would definitely recommend!
