We’ve just returned from a fantastic family ski holiday, we are a family of 4 and the apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
It’s only a short walk into the centre of Morzine and close to the bus stop (opposite the town hall) that will take you up to Avoriaz

My wife and myself stayed at the apartment the week of 5th March. The apartment had everything we needed, there were excellent communications with the owner, Veronique, prior to our arrival and a very handy information booklet left to inform us about the apartment and the area. Restaurants, supermarket and bus stop all a short walk away. The super Morzine lift is around 10 minute walk, but if you’re skiing into Les Gets I’d get the free bus to Nyon, although we drove as there’s ample free parking.

We are a family of 5. The apartment was perfect for us. Clean, well equipped and a 5 min walk from supermarket/town etc.
Linen and towels provided, as well as wonderful details like homemade honey, wine and Nespresso pods!
Our 4 year old twins top-and-tailed in the bottom bunk, with the 5 year old on top bunk, so we didn’t need to use the sofa bed.
Check in was simple due to key code being texted, and Veronique replied to any messages immediately. I can’t recommend this highly enough; we will be back! Thank you so much.

We rented this one bed apartment for 4 weeks in early January 2023. We had friends stay occasionally so our maximum occupancy was 4 adults utilising both the bunk beds and also the sofabed in the living area.
We did a lot of cooking and dining in as well as enjoying some of the great restaurants in Morzine.
The apartment is really lovely, renovated about 3 years ago but still looking like new. It's really well appointed, not huge but very comfortable for the two of us and perfectly OK when we had our friends stay for a few nights.
It was great to have a really good ski store with boot warmers, also a laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron/board.
The location is great just a few minutes walk from the ski bus stops and about a 10 min walk to the Pleney or Super Morzine lift.
Our hosts Veronique and Bertrand were just lovely, really helpful and very welcoming - they were happy to help with anything. They've equipped their apartments really well and thoughtfully - honestly we don't think there's anything they need to improve on - a true 5 star experience - we will be back we hope!

We had a wonderful stay in Morzine for New Year. The arrival with keys in the secure box was very simple. The property was just as described, comfortable and warm and well situated for buses and into the town centre.

Great little apartment
Very well equipped apartment exactly as the pictures and described in the summary. Perfect for 2 adults on a short skiing trip to Morzine. Ski bus D stops almost outside but we tended to walk ( 10 mins) to the Super Morzine lift where we were leaving our skis. A short walk to the supermarket and into the village.
Wifi was ok but could have been stronger.

Fantastic
Absolutely fantastic apartment great location and lovely views. The apartment was modern with loads of space and immaculately clean. We were even greeted with homemade jam and honey from the owners bees. We all said we would be happy to stay again. Thank you for letting us stay. Regards Steve

Top séjour!
Excellent séjour chez Véronique et Bertrand. Logement fonctionnel, en parfait état et impeccable de propreté! Nombreuses attentions à l’arrivée qui facilitent le séjour et sont vraiment appréciables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons vivement ce logement. Arrêt ski bus a 50 mètres, passage toutes les 30 minutes. Nous avons l’habitude de loger ski aux pieds mais cela n’a pas été une contrainte!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Accessibility to town easy to walk or bus. Also beautiful views. The apartment had a nice modern fell and very clean and fresh. The host was very simple to stay in touch with and helped us with any questions we had.

Très bon séjour au Chalet La Salle - Appartement Gentiane
Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés, le logement est très propre, très bien équipé et la décoration contemporaine. Certains aménagements sont astucieux comme la boîte à clé et le sèche-chaussures de ski mural. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et de l'accueil qui nous a été réservé. Nous recommandons sans réserve cet appartement qui nous semble parfait pour 4 personnes.

Excellent séjour!
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce petit cocon à Morzine, idéale pour couple avec jeunes enfants - Notre hôte a veillé à ce que nous manquions de rien et a même mis à notre disposition tout le nécessaire pour notre petite fille de 18 mois.

Cosy, clean and convenient
A friend and I had a really great stay here. The whole chalet has been refurbished recently to a very high standard and has everything you could need, including great views over the valley. The centre of Morzine and both main lifts are a 15min walk away, yet the location is quiet and peaceful in the evenings. There were just two of us, but accommodation for four, (comprising a double bedroom and two bunk beads) would be fine. The owner got in touch via text as soon as the chalet was booked and couldn't have been more helpful, with everything you might need to know communicated very well. On arrival we enjoyed homemade apricot jam and honey left for us by the owner which was a lovely touch, and we cooked each evening in the kitchen which is perfectly equipped. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Morzine. Don't hesitate to book , you will not be disappoingted!

Family ski holiday
This is a lovely place, incredibly clean and modern. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Worked brilliantly for a family with 2 children using the bunk beds in the hall. We rented a locker at Pleney lift and left our boots and skis there overnight making it easy to walk the 10-15 minutes back and forth to the slopes. We didn’t need to use the bus. Handy for the supermarket too. Wifi was great. Would really recommend this apartment.

Warm, inviting, and well equipped
Beautifully renovated first floor flat. Light and airy with great views. A lovely space to come back to after a day on the pistes. Veronique and Bertrand have taken great care to provide everything to make your stay enjoyable: footstool for shorter people to reach the top cupboards, a Bluetooth speaker, a 13A adaptor in case you’ve left yours behind, little pots of their own honey and home made jam. Highly recommended.

Fantastic holiday!
I have just returned from a week stay in Morzine with my husband and 2 children. This apartment was brilliant, well equipped, lovely decor, clean and a good size. The owner was great with communication and lovely. It’s only a short walk down into town, the supermarket and the park where the kids loved the ponies rides. We would definitely like to return to this apartment for another holiday!

Great stay, close to village & less than 10min from the slopes
Véronique was a great host. She had prepared a very detailed guide (English & French). Although we didn’t meet in person (she lives in Lyon), she was highly responsive and available to help with any query (for instance, she came up with great restaurant recommendations on the slopes). The flat was very recently renovated and comes with all modern amenities. The rental also included bed sheets & towels which meant we could travel light. Access from Geneva was also very easy thanks to Alpybus shuttles (~1h30min dropping us right at the chalet). Chalet is in a quiet street located 3-5min walk from the city center. Ski lifts are within 10min walk. We left our skis and boots overnight at the rental place, but the chalet also has storage. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back. Wonderful stay in Morzine
The apartment was perfect in every way. We stayed with our two young sons. Short walk to the city center- bus nearby if you don’t want to walk. Great view of Pleney- we watched the fireworks from the apartment. Highly recommend!

Lovely Apartment
We were very happy with the apartment and its excellent facilities. It was very clean and perfect for our stay. The location of the apartment was good, being a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Carrefour supermarket and the excellent restaurant le Clin d'Oeil. The Dixie Bar and Bar Rhodos are close by which are both good sports bars. The skiing conditions were excellent with the only downside being a good 15 minute walk to Super Morzine from the apartment. I thoroughly recommend this superb apartment and would be keen to stay here again when we come back to Morzine.

Great apartment close to town
I was attracted to the apartment from the photos which promised something higher quality than the worn out ski apartments I'm used to. The reality lived up to expectations and the apartment was very new looking and well finished throughout.
I booked for a short ski break with a friend and the space is very generous for 2. There's a good sized lounge area, compact and well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with large shower and one bedroom with double bed. I'd imagine it would work well for a family or larger group of adults, though since the additional beds are in or off the lounge area people would need to be comfortable sharing their sleeping space - and probably all need to go to bed around the same time.
The apartment is situated about 10 mins walk from the centre of town. Both pleney and super morzine lifts are easy to get to, or one of the stops for the bus to the Avoriatz bubble. There are also bars, restaurants and shops closer to the apartment, including a large supermarket, bakeries and excellent coffee shop to help you on your way to the slopes.

This is an excellent apartment, well furnished and appointed, most comfortable.
The owner Veronique was incredibly helpful with all matters and I cannot recommend staying here highly enough.

Amazing apartment and great location
We were the first guests and this apartment was faultless. Owner was amazing and helped us out with a couple of issues which were our fault! Amazing quiet location yet bus D only metres away takes you into Morzine and the Pleney or you can change en route and go to avoriaz. Heating, hot water, furnishings all brilliant and a lovely welcome pack with Savoie goodies! A quick walk down a very steep ramp and you are in town within 7 minutes, supermarket and the all important patisserie. Parking great. Dedicated ski and boot room. Loads of storage space in the apartment. Only 2 of us but would accommodate 4 comfortably but might be a squeeze for 6! Great cooker and fridge freezer. Good quality crockery and even fondue set and food processor. As well as Nescafé pod machine. A real gem of a find.
