Paul and his wife were fantastic hosts! Their prompt communications, wonderful townhome and recommendations made our weekend incredibly special. Cannot thank them enough for letting us call their space home for a few sunny filled days on the French coast. Looking forward to hopefully returning and enjoying their wonderful garden again!

We have just returned from a 1 week family holiday in this property, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The house is charming, spacious and full of character and has everything you need. The location is great, in a quiet road tucked behind the harbour but easy walking distance to the harbour, beach and restaurants. There are lots of attractions and sight-seeing opportunities nearby. Paul is a welcoming and helpful host.

Location bien recommandé.
Deux maisons combinées en une. Deux chambres doubles et une chambre triple. Quelques vieilles choses comme les poutres, les armoires et les planchers en bois. Cependant, cette maison de vacances offert une cuisine moderne, une salle d'eau, et une poele a bois, toutes installées récemment. Près de la ville et du havre. Un bon accueil de Paul, le gérant.

Top vakantie
Het huis is zeer comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Vriendelijk en zeer welkom ontvangst door de verhuurder. De locatie is geweldig, in het dorp, bij het strand en veel te doen in de verdere omgeving. Aanrader.

Wohlfühlhaus in TOP Lage
Wir (2 Erwachsene + 1 12jähr. Kind) haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt. Es war alles genau so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Bei geöffneten Fenster kann man schon morgens die Möwen am Hafen (1/2 Gehminute) hören - herrlich. Zur Küste sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten. Nennenswert sind auch die vielen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten, die der Vermieter für In- und Outdooraktivitäten zur Verfügung stellt (Videospiele, DVD's, Boot, Fahrräder, Bälle usw.). Absolut empfehlenswert!

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un moment agréable dans cette maison très cozy et extrêmement bien équipée. Le jardin ensoleillée nous a permis de manger dehors régulièrement et les deux différentes espaces de vie sont très pratiques. L’accueil est chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.

Maison confortable et bien équipée pour un séjour agréable
La maison est confortable et chaleureuse.
Petit plus : notre séjour était juste après Noël et les décorations étaient toujours présentes.
Elle est très bien équipée et les 2 salons sont pratiques par exemple avec des enfants qui peuvent avoir un espace pour jouer.
Elle se situe environ à 10 minutes à pied du cœur de la ville où se situent la plupart des commerces et très proche en voiture d'un grand supermarché.
La rue était calme à cette période nous n'avons donc eu aucun bruit.
Nous avons été bien accueillis avec des conseils sur les commerces à privilégier.

Ferienhaus mit Charme - Gîte avec charme
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht und uns jede Minute wohlgefühlt.Man lebt hier weniger in einem Ferienhaus, sondern eher in Privaträumen der Gastgeber. Man hat alles, was man braucht, das Haus ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und strahlt sehr viel maritimen und französischen Charme aus. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Nous avons passé une semaine très belle dans cette gîte et nous avons apprecié chaque minute. Ce n´est pas comme une maison de vacances mais plutôt comme avec les hôtes à la maison. Vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin ici, la maison est vraiment parfaitement équipée. Elle est concu avec une grande attention aux détails et elle dégage beaucoup de charme maritime et francais.

The house is in the centre of Saint Valery en Caux on walking distance of the bakery, marketplace and sea. The house has a lot of space with two living rooms and 3 bedrooms and was well equiped. The communication with the owners was very friendly. A real recommandation!

L'accueil a été très chaleureux, et la maison est magnifique très agréable, superbement décorée. les chambres et couchages sont parfaits, rien ne manque dans cette maison, on pourrait se croire "à la maison". Il est possible de s'isoler si on le désire car la disposition des pièces, et des deux salons le permet. La rénovation de cette maison est parfaite, chaleureuse et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les idées déco de très bon gout et originales. Nous recommandons cette jolie maison parfaitement située en ville, dans une rue calme et nous avons découvert une jolie région. Mme DIEUDONNE

Absolut empfehlenswert. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll renoviert. Es ist super ausgestattet. Man hat alles in der Nähe, das Meer und der Hafen sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und der Ort selbst versprühen französischen Charme. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Saint Valery en Caux.

Von Anfang bis zum Schluss, Top. Sehr nette Vermieter, tolles Haus und Lage
Das Haus war sogar noch besser als die Beschreibung. Am Strand in zehn Minuten, entlang des Hafens ein Katzensprung. Die Vermieter waren mit dem Erstkontakt super, ehrlich und zuverlässig. Mehr als ein Familienurlaub. Im Umkreis findet man alles, was man braucht. Fisch vom Schiff, einen See, falls das Meer zu rauh ist. Freitag und Sonntag Markt. Alles mit sehr schönem französischen Flair.
Also, nur zu empfehlen:-)

La maison est superbe et idéalement située au calme mais à proximité immédiate du port .
On ne manque de rien et le propriétaire est très serviable et très sympathique.

C'est la première fois que nous visitions la Normandie, et nous avons été enchantés, tant par la région que par notre location.
Charmante maison, très propre et joliment rénovée, parfaitement équipée, il ne manquait rien !
La décoration est très soignée. Idéale pour une famille de 5-6 personnes ou pour deux couples.
Le petit coin jardin avec son barbecue est fort sympathique, et comme le temps était très clément, nous avons pu en profiter !
C'est une location que nous recommandons.

Das Haus liegt sehr gut, man kann zu Fuß Strand, Steilküste, Hafen und Ortsmitte erreichen. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sind vor Ort, dazu Fisch und Meeresfrüchte direkt vom Kutter.
Das Haus ist gut renoviert, ausgestattet mit allem notwendigen Komfort. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nachmittags hat man im kleinen Garten einen windstillen Sonnenplatz.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
Solch ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nie! Selbst Waschmittel, Spülmittel usw. waren da... Das Haus ist liebevoll renoviert, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einen Garten hat das Haus nicht, aber einen schönen, ruhigen, kleinen Hof hinter dem Haus - bestens geeignet zum Chillen und Grillen.
In fünfzehn Gehminuten ist man im Ortszentrum und am Strand. Richtig schöne Badestrände gibt es in den Nachbarorten Veulettes-sur-Mer und Veules-les-Roses.
Ein prima Restaurant in 5 Minuten Gehentfernung: La Barcarole. Alles sehr empfehlenswert!

Familienurlaub am Meer
Lage, Ausstattung und Größe des Hauses waren für uns als Familie perfekt, Strand und Stadtzentrum zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses hat uns begeistert, vom Kücheninventar über Grill und Fahrräder fehlte wirklich nichts. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und sehr gemütlich und liebvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt.
Die Begrüßung und Betreuung durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich und mit einer Dolmetscherin super vorbereitet!
Wir möchten das Domizil unbedingt weiter empfehlen!

Full of old world charm with exposed oak beams and good sized rooms we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made use of the sunny garden one evening for dinner. You get exactly what you pay for and I would highly recommend this house if you are ever staying in St Valery en Caux. I have rated the property 5* based on its description - well decorated, spacious, well equipped and lots of little extras.

Very comfortable house with a lot of space and even a little garden with a barbecue. Very well equiped kitchen, nice large beds and a nice bathroom with good shower. All we needed was present. The house situation is excellent: in a quiet neighbourhood and in (short) walking distance of the port, shops and restaurants. A good starting point when you are going to discover the rest of Normandie. The tenants are very friendly and helpfull and even speak a bit of english. We had a very nice stay here and would certainly recommend this house to others and maybe even come back later ourselves!
