Spacious 600 Year Old Farmhouse, On The Rugged North Cornwall Coast
La casa è ben posizionata per molte delle nostre bellissime spiagge locali, così come per le attrazioni locali come The Eden Project, la casa e i giardini Lanhydrock e il castello di Tintagel per citarne solo alcune.
C'è anche un sentiero che va da Hallagather a Crackington e il sentiero della costa sud-ovest, quindi se hai voglia di ammirare i panorami e l'aria fresca a piedi, questo è il posto perfetto per te.
Se vuoi solo rilassarti nella nostra fattoria medievale di 600 anni, anche noi abbiamo coperto.
La casa può ospitare da 2 a 11 adulti e culle in 4 camere da letto. 3 letti king size, 1 letto matrimoniale e 3 letti singoli.
La casa ha una grande cucina colonica completa di Aga, due ampi soggiorni entrambi con bruciatori a legna, una grande sala da pranzo con camino in granito medievale e pavimenti in ardesia e stufa a legna. Ci sono 4 bagni (2 bagni, 2 docce).
Abbiamo 2 giardini di dimensioni decenti con posti a sedere e tavoli per tutti, un grande barbecue a carbone Weber e una buca per il fuoco per tenerti al caldo quando cala la notte.

Excellent! Looking for somewhere that provides a relaxed spacious ambience for families of 10 during half term breaks is hard and this 600 year old Farmhouse perfectly met our needs. Very comfortable, clean and warm. We loved the Aga, for cooking too and wood burner in evenings. Easy access to beaches, coastal towns/villages as well as good walking terrain on/off road for our high energy young people & grandchildren. Need to be reasonably fit for walking activities, could present mobility issues for pushchairs or disability. Excellent hosts.

The property was perfect. There were ten of us altogether with ages ranging from 8 to 43. The property is secluded and I felt safe for the kids to run around and the garden has ample space for them and the dogs to play.
Being in two familys the property had so much space to have space from each other. For example, there are two living rooms so the kids spent time in their own space while us Adults could relax in the other room. There are so many rooms it felt like a rabbit warren.
The kitchen is fully equipped and we fed our tribe with no issues. Beds are extremely comfortable with lovely clean bedding on arrival.
The spot was a great base to get all over Cornwall. Most places were an hour and a half away at most with Bude being a short drive down the road. There is a big Sainsburys in Bude if you want a big shop.
Overall, we could not believe what a gem of a house we had chosen. It was well worth the money paid and we'd be happy to visit again one day.

Lovely family holiday.
Rural location, clean and well presented, crisp fresh linen and towels..
Larger bedrooms & on-suites. Low doorframe to stairs and one bedroom resulted in few sore heads. Good selection of kitchen utensils, no microwave.
Large garden, bbq and tables. Care needed to be taken when children in the garden due to nettles, brambles and thorns.

Just back home after a week away with husband, three daughters, sister and two dogs and WANT TO GO BACK!! The farmhouse is in an ideal spot, really tucked away and so peaceful. Lovely, clean and well-equipped property and so much space! Not having a downstairs toilet was the only teeny weeny downside, but to be honest, going up a small flight of stairs for that purpose really wasn’t too much of an issue in the end and the extra steps recorded in my health app is a bonus!
