Overall, the unit was fine. It could use some fresh paint and new rugs (they were pretty dirty). Downstairs bathroom lights should be replaced - very dark. Internet was spotty. Location was okay but noisy. Brawl at bar one street away at 2:45 am was unsettling. Beach was very accessible and not too crowded. We love Wrightsville Beach and will return but probably not to this unit.

We are assuming either the apartments either share the same code, or you never change them. As I was standing in the kitchen, some stranger typed in the code for the door, unlocked it, saw me, yelled 'oops', and then left. When we called Bryant Real Estate, we had to leave a voicemail because you didn't answer. You never got back to us despite us calling two times after. We will definitely never use this company again for our beach trips. You don't even have a door guard lock, just the code.
Seemingly insignificant after the situation with the door code, but you also couldn't figure out the password for the 5G, so working remote was impossible without a hotspot.

This was the perfect location for me and my 3 sons to reconnect for the weekend. The property was clean, well stocked and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and pier. The beach is beautiful. Our first visit to Wrightsville. We will be back!

The Sherman property was perfect for our stay! The location was 5 minutes from the wedding venue which made it easy to travel with two small children. We were close to the beach, pier and a park for the kids to play at. We would definitely book this property again!

The bedding really didn’t fit in terms of comforters. There is a big pile of hair behind the bathroom door and the inside of the bathroom vanities had toothpaste rings. I don’t think there’s any extended amount of cleaning being done.I think for the price I expected it to be a little nicer, less dated. Especially thought during Covid it would be cleaner

We had a really nice long weekend stay here at this rental. It’s located just steps away from
The beach. Also a short walk to Resturant’s and ice cream shop. The place was clean and comfortable for our family. The Parking was great too- Right by the road so you must be ok with loud cars and street noises. We brought a sleeper white noise machine and it drained all that out for a very peaceful sleep ! Would recommend and also come again !

We were very happy with our stay here! The location is awesome , 5 houses in from the beach and parking for 2 cars was awesome . I walked the beach every morning. The house is date but the bathrooms are renovated . Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is huge for a family with teens. We would definitely stay again. Thank you !

We were very happy with our stay here! The location is awesome , 5 houses in from the beach and parking for 2 cars was awesome . I walked the beach every morning. The house is date but the bathrooms are renovated . Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is huge for a family with teens. We would definitely stay again. Thank you !

Weekend roadie
We drove from Indiana on Friday and checked in on Saturday for 2 nights to spend time with my son who is an airman in Goldsboro. The location was fantastic. Really close to the beach and restaurants. Great for walking and outdoor exercise. It was a short drive to Wilmington.
The beds were comfortable. Next time well plan for a longer trip!

It's not super spacious, but we still felt very comfortable with seven people. Having three bathrooms definitely helps. The outside shower area is very convenient; the decks are nice, and while a little small, the kitchen had most everything we could want. The ice maker was a champ. The single problem we encountered was that the coffee maker was really gross. It wasn't just stained inside, but was caked with filth that made it unusable until we scrubbed it with bleach and ran hot water through it a couple times. But, I know that, if we had reported it, Bryant would have taken care of it because they were totally on-the-spot with fixing a blown circuit breaker and getting us hooked up with the wi-fi password. Great people. Great place. Thank you!

The property was nice and enjoyed having two master suites upstairs. The bedroom downstairs was also good having the two twin beds. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. The parking situation worked out good also. The only disappointment is that we think we left a laptop and it was not found.

Great location! Great house! Great property management!
The location of the townhouse was perfect! It was close to the beach, grocery, and restaurants! The house itself was very clean. The carpet was worn, but expected in rental where people will drag sand in it all week. I couldn't find a coffee maker when I got there and called Bryant Real Estate and they brought me a brand new one within 10 minutes! Of course, then I found the coffee maker in a closet down the hall as we were checking out. So, now there are two:) The stopper for the sink broke and they immediately were there with a new one. I can't say enough of the great response time and attention given by Bryant Real Estate. I would definitely use them for renting again!

Condo was fine, a bit dated but overall fine.
Location wasn’t great, beach was very crowded because of all the public access and it was noisy being near a big intersection. Easy walk to Wings and Kohl’s so that was a plus.

Great location/spacious townhome!
Overall, a great location and awesome stay at Wrightsville Beach. Convenient to beach access and walking distance to several popular Wrightsville Beach restaurants, ice cream, and bars. Kitchen and Master Bath could use a little updating, but didn’t deter from our experience.

Older property but well maintained and you cant beat the location. Very reasonably priced compared to other smaller places. Very nice that each bedroom has its own bath. Had some trouble with the fridge alarming during our stay. The rental company sent someone right over and was able to quiet the alarm eventually. As we were checking out the owner was having a new fridge delivered. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Actually this was our second stay, we also rented here in November.

We had a wonderful stay. There were six of us. The rental was spacious, clean, easy to access and within walking distance of the beach, a good restaurant, fun dive bar, the pier and about a 15 minute walk to surf shops, a grocery store and ice cream. I would highly recommend staying here!

From the beginning Bryant Real Estate was extremely unprofessional. I have rented through Bryant multiple times over the past 6 years and every time I am unimpressed but this was the absolute worst! After numerous complications with my reservation (Booking and confirming a rental only to find out a week later it is unavailable) they REFUSED to pay the difference for putting me in a different rental because the one I had booked and was apparently unavailable after a week of receiving my booking confirmation. I asked for complimentary linens, and early check in, and a late check out (I was able to see there was no one in the unit before or after our arrival) I was told yes to late check out and early check in and then when I asked about the linens again they said "We don't want to give that to you" and then only offered me an early check in. They were unbelievably rude over the phone after they caused this much inconvenience they yelled at me and told me I "was being difficult". I have never experienced such awful customer service from a rental agency. I will NOT be booking with Bryant ever again.
