House very clean but looking quite run down inside which I found disappointing after it cost over £1500 for a week. The TV was broken and oven temperamental. Plates were cracked and there was an odd assortment of cutlery. The bath had a chunk of enamel missing and the edging was coming away from the sink counter top in the upstairs bathroom but the downstairs shower was fine. In the kitchen area the fridge door was on its last legs as was the freezer. We could have really benefitted from the usual pack you find inside a house/gire that you rent even in french as there was no instructions for where the bins were or if we could use/access the shed/garage. We've rented many houses in France and have found it helpful to read other people's recommendations for bike hire, best swimming beaches etc as well as instructions for the house. A great location and sweet little house with very convenient parking but I just felt overall that the cost merited a better standard of upkeep inside. The wifi was terribly slow which wouldn't have mattered so much if the tv hadn't also been broken.

This is a lovely house in a peaceful part of St Martin. Comfortable beds. Although spacious it was felt cosy. The administration lacked organisation the main problem being communication. The website states that English is spoken however all correspondence was in French, this lead to some difficulties. The main being no mention of a sizeable deposit until arrival and 140 euros for linen and towels for a week. This may have been in the contract but none was received. However this did not spoil a relaxing holiday.
