Phuengluang Riverside Hotel Chanthaburi

Good accommodation Comfortable beds Clean Friendly staff even if a bit out of their depth Good location.

Inefficient billing as we put things on the bill which were omitted. We had lunch and drinks and had to tell the staff on the next day what we had eaten. The safe in the room was locked shut. Twice I asked reception to open it but no luck. The excuse was that we weren't in the room. So what they have passkeys and could have opened the safe. The Manager was away and that was part of the problem Breakfast ended at 10 . We cams down at 0940 and the staff had really given up and only served us after some discussion

Lovely location on a river. Has a little pier with kayaks. New and clean

The bathroom setup is a little strange

Nice and clean, very friendly staff and good hotel ammenities.
