⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We had mixed feelings about our stay. The location was excellent and one of the apartment’s biggest strengths. There were restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and even a pharmacy just steps away. We especially enjoyed having an Italian restaurant downstairs, where we shared our final dinner with our son before continuing our travels. The apartment was also a great home base for exploring Kaiserslautern. Unfortunately, shortly after arriving, we discovered what appeared to be a bed bug issue in one of the bedrooms. We immediately removed our daughter’s belongings from the room, documented everything, and contacted the host. Since we had nowhere else to stay, we remained in the apartment for the rest of our visit. To the host’s credit, they responded promptly and refunded 50% of our stay, which we appreciated. We hope the apartment has since been professionally inspected and treated so future guests won’t experience the same issue. Aside from that concern, the location and convenience of the apartment made our visit enjoyable, especially because we were in town to spend precious time with our son.

lots of space!

5 floors up. No elevator. Not the hosts fault but made it hard to take the dog for a walk and bring luggage up.

Sehr zentrale Lage; moderne Einrichtung, super viel Platz

Parkplatzsituation

minor inconvenience with not providing key instructions, hard to reach via telephone for international travelers. also the wifi was not working and we couldn’t fix it.
