Van apartment

The apartment was close to a few places I wanted to go to. The staff was helpful

The room was not entirely clean, it was so dusty and it seems like they only focus on cleaning the floors and changing the bedding . They should focus on properly cleaning the room and add diffusers so it smells good

Everything from location to comfort

Perfect location. Quiet street, five minute walk to beach, and right in the center of the main tourist area so everything is walkable yet still very quiet and peaceful at the apartment. Spacious apartment, equipped with a functional kitchen, washing machine, and living room space with couch and table/chairs. Lovely owner and staff , very professional and kind. Always happy to help with any requests. Highly recommended and I would stay here again. Great value.

Location right in the expat center Ngu Hanh Son. Spacious apartment, beautiful glass wall. Clean bathroom, floors, bed sheets.

Bed has no decent mattress top, so you are laying almost directly on the springs. Hopeless. Mice — both above your head on the ceiling. And I could also feel something moving inside the "mattress", not sure what it was. Not bed bugs. Shower lukewarm, not uncomfortable but just never hot. Refrigerator always freezing even with low setting. Air conditioning not great, but acceptable. Remote control batteries empty. Still giving a 5, because it was otherwise clean, easy-going staff, and right in the heart of the Ngu Hanh Son expat and tourist center. Without the mice OR with a better top mattress on the bed, I would've given it a 7.
