Loved the balcony which had a very comfortable chair / table to sit out on. Location fantastic. Great towels and a 24hr 7/11 opposite. The security guards will also happily get you a white taxi.
FYI I know the previous reviews in January 2020 were awful, but the owner assured Booking.com that all the issues had been fixed and he was true to his word. The apartment was spotless, the towels good, the bedsheets prestine, and the toilet / washbasin etc all worked. Plus the sofa and fridge / freezer were spotless. It's not a huge apartment but great for 1-2 people and very comfortable with good aircon and security. Oh and it's easy to check in as there is a 24hr security desk at the entrance there and they have the keys.
Nothing. Would happily stay there again then time I'm in Cebu in 2021
