This apartment was excellent! Very quiet, yet right in the heart of Nishishinjuku and close to public transport and shops. The setuup of the room was great. There was a Nescafe coffee pod machine which was a fabulouls bonus after a long day! There was also a big washing machine and dryer. Excellent bathroom! The staff were very helpful and even went out on the street to flag down a taxi for us! I only wish I had stayed longer but will definately stay there again.

Since our flight arrived early in the morning, we asked our hosts for early check in. First of all, they let us to leave our belongings in the room while it was still being cleaned, and then, the room was available earlier than the original check in time. The room had everything that is necessary. It was perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable.

The host was very accommodating. I booked two different rooms in consecutive days due to a change in my travel plans and he was kind enough to waive 50% of the cleaning fee when I transferred. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough compared to the average hotels you'll find in Shinjuku. Would definitely go again.

The rooms do not have a lot of sunlight as the windows are small so I won't recommend being indoor for long periods of time.

The host was very friendly. He also lives in the building and was very accommodating when we check in late. The nearest bus stop is a 3 minute walk if you are trying to get around Shinjuku. The beds were very comfy, with lots of pillows which we appreciated, and a decent offering of coffees and snacks. There is a free washer and dryer in the basement and iron for your clothes.

The owner was very helpful. The property is full of free to use equipment like washing machine , dryer , iron , fridge etc.

It’s located on the quiet street,away from all the noises,so we had a good night sleep. Free laundry was definitely a plus. Very comfortable,well equipped. Very helpful owner,who let us check in an hour before after 14h flight,also called a restaurant for me to deal with the reservation. Recommended place to stay,close to Shinjuku

Super friendly staff. Very convenient to anything we wanted, but out of the hustle and bustle. Had amazing shower with lots of hot water and pressure! Great amenities like free laundry and mini fridge and coffee maker.

Only real issue was the pillows on the bed. The bed was decently comfortable, but the pillows were so soft, they were almost non-existant.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The location is great, the flat has a perfect size, we could wash and dry our clothes for free and the host is so friendly and considerate. Thank you! (:

location. nearest station was a few minutes walk away but if you’re heading out to main areas like Shinjuku every day the commute can get a little tiring.

Location is good. It's a quiet. Couple ramen shops and convenience shops are around the corner. About 15 mins walk to Shinjuku, A subway station is just a few hundred metres away. Room is clean with a mini kitchen. Hotel has washing machine and dryer free for guests.

The facilities was complete and the state of the room was very new and clean. The kitchenette and free laundry room meant that you can live as is. The room is also big enough for some large luggage with enough space for maneuver. The bath tub is pretty big and clean. Some snacks are provided, with free tea and coffee machine even.

You can hear the surroundings at night sometimes (e.g. ambulance passing by). Was allocated the basement floor, so had to climb stairs. The nearest stations / bus stop is still a walk away, so after a long day you will have to trek back. There is no convenience store within a 3m radius; you'll have to cross the road. Food places also require some walk to reach from. The Front Desk require some communication and may ask repeat questions.

It was so comfortable just like our own home. With heating/air con. And a lovely kitchen and bathroom. There's also a 24 food market shop right around the corner and a 7/11, perfect for late night snacks. Would most definitely stay here again 😊

Very nice apartment with everything you need & a short walk to central Shinjuku

Very friendly and helpful people run this inn. I appreciated the laundry and tea and crackers, a really nice touch. So useful to have a mini kitchen available when staying for a few days. They even helped me to forward my luggage which was a lifesaver.

What a great place! The room is huge, clean, full of amenities, and even a local guide hand written booklet. The station, metro, bus and 7/11s are nearby. Akira is a great and helpfull man and keeping the place up to great standard.

Great location with excellent service! The room is extremely tidy and equipped with household appliances. Service is remarkably good and the host is willing to provide positive advice to your doubt during your trip!
