Il piano terra ha tre camere da letto, un bagno e un altro bagno combinato con la lavanderia. La zona giorno con TV e DVD è una zona ideale per i bambini. Anche se non sono ammessi animali domestici recintati.
La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha sei letti a castello. Al piano superiore è una cucina / sala da pranzo e soggiorno open space.
La zona giorno si apre sul ponte anteriore con sensazionali viste sull'oceano che si estendono da Aireys Inlet a Lorne. Questo mazzo può essere protetto dal sole da tende UV. Un'area perfetta per il caffè del mattino o per il pomeriggio. Il ponte posteriore arredato ha il barbecue e si apre dalla zona pranzo e una porta separata dalla cucina. C'è anche un lavandino esterno. Una doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda per il risciacquo della sabbia dopo una giornata in spiaggia. What a lovely place! From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The house is beautifully built, the views were better than expected & the points of difference such as the kids bedroom & window seat were delightful. Lots of board games & outdoor seating. Enough indoor seating for a family of 5. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed there for 10 nights and we had a relaxing and peaceful holiday . Explored a lot of local beaches and walks
The bedrooms probably are a bit dated and without air conditioning . However , overall we still love this beach house .

We had a great stay at this wonderful house. There was every comfort we needed, including addictive jigsaw puzzles that kept us entertained day and night by the cozy fireplace. The 'kids room' had a fun bunk bed layout, and there was plenty of room for our group. The house is located near the town but why would you want to leave the house with such a magnificent view and friendly local birds coming to visit?

We stayed at Mandy's House with 2 families totalling 10 comfortably. The house was stunning, the view magnificent and the wildlife was amazing and very personable! Every type of Aussie bird you could hand feed and we even had kangaroos visit! Just loved our time here!
