Dimora storica Recentemente rinnovato. Il meglio del vecchio, eppure in perfette condizioni. Gusto, stile, lusso, comfort in questo condominio a breve termine a Montreal.
Al piano terra, c'è un soggiorno con camino, comodo divano letto (matrimoniale) e una grande TV a schermo piatto. Bellissimi tocchi ovunque. Il soggiorno ha una porta, quindi può essere una camera da letto completamente privata quando viene utilizzato il divano letto.
C'è un'area studio, pronta per un laptop - wireless ad alta velocità, wifi, accesso. Ancora una volta, splendidamente decorato.
Due camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale. Entrambi sono rivolti verso la parte posteriore e sono completamente silenziosi.
La terrazza si affaccia sui cortili posteriori. Totalmente tranquillo e riposante. Un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi.
Al secondo livello inferiore si trovano la zona pranzo, la cucina e il bagno.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata e all'avanguardia, con un ripiano in marmo. Gli apparecchi sono in acciaio inossidabile o nero.
Il tavolo della sala da pranzo ha spazio per 6.
Il bagno è grande, con vasca e doccia combinate tradizionali.
Si noti che il nostro quartiere non consente il parcheggio notturno sulla strada, offriamo parcheggio coperto, disponibile su richiesta a un costo aggiuntivo.
Vicino a tutto: 2 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana di Atwater, 2 minuti in auto dal centro (anche se è più facile prendere la metropolitana). In pochi minuti sei dappertutto: la vecchia Montreal, il Plateau, Mountain Street. Inoltre a soli 12 minuti dall'aeroporto di Montreal Trudeau.

We couldn’t have asked for more. The location is very convenient, close to grocery stores, shopping, metro and walking distance to downtown. The property itself was very well appointed with so many basic necessities. Your use of technology was stellar! Heated floors in the kitchen (thank you, so nice for our morning coffee), dimmers in every room, central air, high end appliances and quality linens. The details you thought of were not lost on us as we enjoyed every special touch.
We appreciated your responsiveness to our questions and inquiries, and also all the great recommendations you shared with us. Thank you for a memorable experience!

This is the perfect place for your stay in Montreal. The apartment is spotless, modern, stylish and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable and it has been very quite. The kitchen is very well equipped. Proximity to downtown and Mount Royal Park is great. We walked to most places or took an Uber. If there had been the chance for a higher than 5* rating we would have rated it higher.

We loved our stay in this impeccable, stylish, ultra comfortable flat in Westmount. Furnishings are lush and thoughtfully presented for guests, the Metro, good restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. Best of all, Marty is an angel! We'll be back.

Patrice was a great host. His apartment was very nicely decorated and clean. Only a short walk to the metro and a few stops to old town Montreal. Had a great time.

The property is beautiful and in a beautiful area. Thoughtfully decorated and stocked to meet your every need. Well located a few minutes walk to the Metro. The host Patrice greeted us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know for our stay. A wonderful and friendly greeting! We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and relax with wine on the deck after a long day of sightseeing. If I were to come to Montreal again, I would definitely stay right here all over again. And if 6 stars were an option, that's what it would receive.

Patrice and Martin were incredibly welcoming hosts, and their beautifully renovated home was a great place to come back to after exploring Montreal. The nearby bakery and bagel shop became a morning ritual, and the subway stations (only minutes away - Atwater and Lionel-Groulx) made it easy to plan our daily activities. The enclosed patio at the back made for a relaxing space for a drink to unwind at the end of a long day, or to sip a coffee and tea in the morning as we organized our daily adventures.
We only just arrived home this afternoon, but have already recommended this listing to our friends - we can't imagine having stayed anywhere else.

The space is beautifully decorated; with lovely touches and state of the art lighting and appliances. We loved the back porch; it made us not want to go anywhere. Very nice landscaping, overall a calm environment.
We paid extra to park in their garage, which was certainly worthwhile.
The location is great. Easy walk for morning croissants and to good restaurants

Patrice and Martin were wonderful hosts. Great with quick communication and happy to recommend local restaurants. The unit was absolutely stunning. It's a beautiful older building in Westmount that as been restored with great care and super attention to detail. The style and decor was really on point. Great little balcony to sit out on as well. Location was very convenient. We walked down to the Lachine Canal and rented bikes to go to Old Montreal and it was a great outing and super close. We had a small issue with flies (Cherry tree outside the back of the unit) and our hosts were on it right away. We are recommending this rental to family and friends and would definitely stay here ourselves next time we are in Montreal.

Clean! Well appointed . All amenities are first class including kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Great parking in a garage. Location! Location! Location. Great artwork! Quiet. Montreal is a great city to explore with first rate restaurants and festivals. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

We had a lovely visit to Montreal and greatly enjoyed our stay at this property during the Grand Prix weekend. The location worked great for us and the property was exactly what we were looking for; a quieter location a bit away from the race weekend crowds. The townhouse is beautifully appointed, clean, and impeccably maintained. Access to the Metro was super easy as well. Would definite consider a return visit next time we are in Montreal.

We enjoy Ed our stay at this townhouse. Our hosts were helpful, the amenities were perfect/ fabulous kitchen, accès to laundry facilities , private patio and a wonderful neighborhood to go to after escaping the crowds of vieux porte

We were amazed with this beautiful home! We really appreciated being greeted and shown around by Martin and Patrice and we immediately felt at home! The house was so nice and cool on two very hot days and it was very well equipped. The location was perfect for us as it was quick to get to the freeway and also only a few steps to St. Catherine’s Street and the metro. Our family agreed that this was one of the nicest places we’ve ever rented!

Our stay at Patrice and Martin’s place was fantastic. You could not meet more gracious hosts. The place, besides being beautifully decorated, well stocked with items you might need, was spotless. It had such a lovely feel to it. We are a family of 4 and it worked out that we could convert the living room in to another sleeping space for our daughter. You will throughly enjoy your stay at their place. It felt like staying at a friend’s place. Even our teens commented on how beautiful the place was. Thank you so much for your kindness.

This beautiful home-away-from-home is right in the middle of everything you may need. There are wonderful bakeries, restaurants and the metro within a 5 minute walk. The metro is super easy to use and goes to all the major attractions with incredible ease.
The house itself is well decorated, spacious and very cozy. It has EVERY amenity you could imagine. The bathroom is on the lower kitchen level whereas the bedrooms are on the main level but the kids did not find this to be a problem. They loved it! (Especially the vintage typewriter and bowling ball decor)!
We look forward to returning!!

Perfect place to stay. Apartment was immaculate and had all amenities needed from soft bathroom towels to a kitchen that was a joy to cook in. Patrice was a great host and made sure we were comfortable. Great location with easy access to Metro and quick walk to Atwater market. Highly recommended, one of the best places I've stayed.

Beautiful property with gracious and helpful hosts. Fantastic location and so well equipped. We hosted a dinner for our family if 7 one night and there were plenty of plates, glasses etc. This is now our home away from home in Montreal.

Don’t waste your money at the Ritz; they couldn’t possibly treat you better than this. The townhouse is far more stunning than the pictures can capture, mostly because the hosts bring such warmth, charm and hospitality to it. Book this now. Conveniently located, this rental is minutes from everything you could need to get to, yet set in a quiet, charming, upscale neighbour hood. While you’re here, I’d suggest picking up bagels and coffee at Bagels on Greene, reserving a table at Cafe Il Cortile and supplementing meals with groceries from Five Seasons just a block or so up the street. Public transit is easily accessible and overnight parking can be arranged for a fee if you give the hosts notice. It is a very comfortable stay for four (+?) adults. There are stairs between beds and bath so it could be tricky with small children or older adults. Photos of the charming balcony do not do it justice! While relaxing on the balcony, you are nestled in a treehouse atmosphere where there is plenty of room for four guests and one additional. Exceptional elegance, cleanliness and hospitality and well worth the money. I’m so relieved that we didn’t book a hotel instead. Book this immediately if your dates are still available.

STOP and BOOK NOW!!!!!!This is the place you want to book. We looked at over 20 listings but luckily found this place. Location: perfect!!!! Metro, transit, mall, movie theatre, grocery stores, cafe, restaurants all within a true stones throwIts safe and secure upscale location. Owners onsite!! AND were awesome! Great tips, helpful, checked on us several times during our stay. Genuine people who obviously wanted our first visit to Montreal to be a great one…. And it was!Make sure to rent out their secure garage for your vehicle so you dont have to worry about parking. We walked or took the metro everywhere. The place was very stylish and upbeat. It has everything you will need (full kitchen etc), towels, etc etc Thanks again for all the help Patrice! You are truly an experienced A+ host.
