It was an amazing short break. We were in walking distance to the beach and a short bus ride to Chichester. Our stay was very welcoming, peaceful and the host very accommodating. We would recommend to all our friends to stay.

The property was beautiful, communication for entering the building very clear & some lovely touches.
Sweety jars, biscuit jar for your room, plenty of comfy seating outside of your room.
I didn't have a dog with me but could see they catered for them very well also.
The staff were exceptional 👏

Location convenient for W W beach, about 20 minutes walk away. Superb breakfast - outside verandah catches the morning sun. Clear directions for access in the absence of the owners. Access to other parts of the property including the nice garden. Relatively top-end price justified - especially by the breakfasst !
Warning : some MAY feel the room is on the small side, but that didn't worry us as we were only there for one night

Excellent breakfast. Clean, cosy room. Great parking. Pub very close! The breakfast was fab. The hosts were super friendly.
