It was a comfortable place to stay when we arrived in Osaka, great position, we were able to walk to many attractions and main shopping area. Staff were able to look after luggage for us for a night so we could travel to Hiroshima.

Kitchen area for visitors was very small and limited. It was not a place to meet other travellers. There was a downstairs bar however we didn't use this space.

洗面所に髪の毛が散乱/部屋、洗面所、共用部ににティッシュがない/ベットがガチガチで体が痛い、マットレスが薄い/イートインスペースが少ない、同部屋の宿泊者がベッドでカップ麺を食べていた

立地が良いこと。 そして、部屋のドア自体(だと思うのですが)開閉の音も静かなタイプで、部屋に響かず、快適。

利用者側の問題だと思いますが、ドライヤーの先端(風が出るところ)が壊れて、なくなってた。

Atendimento dos funcionários

Um pouco distante da estação. Não tinha local para armazenar os calçados, eles ficaram próximos a cama. E o chulé de algumas pessoas foi um inconveniente.

Great location, close to the train station, and nightlife. Pretty comfortable.

Rooms can be stuffy.

The room was great, tidy and clean. The hostel is close to the Yotsubashi Station and about 10 mins walk to Shinsaibashisuji and Dontonbori. They have staff 24 hours and the staff are nice and friendly.

The bed is quite hard for me and the locker is a small only you could store small perosonal belongings.

繫華街のなかにあるわりに静かでよかったです。シャワーなどの設備も使いやすい。

ドミトリー部屋のベッド数が少なく、狭いので、同室者が荷物を広げていたりすると窮屈かもしれません。１階のカフェ・バーはラウンジ的に使ってよいのかよくわからなかったです。

Habitación pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario. Buenos colchones y almohadas que permiten un buen descanso. El personal es agradable y atento. Buen wifi también. No está en el centro, centro, pero esta cerca y se puede ir caminando. Con estaciones de metro cerca. Zona tranquila

Great location, so close to Dotonbori and its amazing night scene. Room was clean and exactly as described.

The room was quite small and it was very hard to open our luggage even though we only had cabin size luggage.

Location and design

I had to switch room and the process was not easy. I had to wait 5 hours in between …

Hostel is in a good location, staff are friendly and the bar area is good to hang out in.

Our floor only had two showers, with each room having 4-6 beds with 4 rooms on the floor. I stayed an extra night here as part of a group tour so there were 14 of us, plus other guests and with all the beds in each room full, it meant if you wanted to shower you had to wait ages missing out on valuable time in the city. On my night booked through booking.com I had to check out early for a flight and the showers were all occupied in the evening, even with less people around, so I had to get up extra early and shower at 4am before I left!

The facilities were clean, the staff was amiable, and the location was great in Osaka—only a 10-minute walk to Dotonburi. The cafe is very nice, and I enjoyed a great breakfast there on a rainy day. Also, the connection to public transport and shopping next to the hostel was great.

It was not very social for a solo traveller since there were no rooms to socialize except in the cafe. I think if you travel with others, it should be fine.

The staff is really nice and caring; they are so helpful for me, even though some of them always say sorry for me about the English language, but I know they try to help me with everything that I want. The location was incredible; it was in the center of convenience, near the subway, supermarket, and cafe for brunch. For me, I think it looks good and comfortable for a lonely trip.

You can't choose your roommates, so that's why you will meet random people who sometimes don't follow the rules, such as eating food with a bad smell in the room or talking with their friends so loudly.

Very clean and modern, nice facilities, and very good value for money. Not luxurious but definitely comfortable for what you expect

the price is wayyy above the service, I had it been cheaper I would have been happy but considering what I payed I’m actually really disappointed: - 2 showers per floors for around 20 bed, a lot of waiting! - the forms are tiny tiny so there is absolutely no where to have your suitcase let alone open it, that’s a really big downside, no space under the beds, or on the side or anything like that at all! - no common room, and you can’t seat in the cafe downstairs unless you order something at the bar, the staff makes very sure you know that! so up I can’t really socialise and meet people

Good location. Showers and toilets were good.

Staff were not very attentive. You cannot use the cafe space even though it’s shown in the photos, you can only use it if you buy something which means there is no common area. I sat at a sofa waiting for my boyfriend to come down (2 minutes) and was asked to leave even though there was no one there! Each floor feels like an office building with random furniture. The rooms are cramped, dark and noisy. People leave their luggage in the hallway downstairs and it gets sooo messy. You have to make your own bed and pay for towels. They do not let you check in early even if your room is ready.
