It’s new, good rooms and bathroom. AC works good too, comparable quit and effective

Bought the room with breakfast included. Breakfast is a joke: 1. They supposed to give you a voucher for breakfast and they forgot, so I spent some time next morning trying to go back and foot bring this voucher 2. They don’t really have normal breakfast. Restaurant closed on mornings and they only provide or sell “Starbucks” style pre-cooked food.. no eggs or smth. Just bagels, sandwiches etc. I do not eat that so was kind of disappointed because it’s not what you supposed to call breakfast 3. No complimentary water in room. You can go to the stations in hall, but arriving late it’s adding you another problem to solve when you want to sleep

At first I was taken aback by the outside surroundings of Madison but when we went inside, we realized that it was beautiful. There was very welcoming staff, easy check in for my first time hotel experience ever, easy garage parking, tidy room, comfortable bed, great water pressure and more. Definitely worth the price and plan on coming here again if I ever visit Madison again.

The only thing we had issues with was connecting the TV to our phones which could have been because of anything: WiFi, my phone being goofy, the TV, etc. But live streaming and connecting consoles is available so we were okay. And then the shower could have been rinsed out just a little better, but we didn’t let it bother us since we didn’t expect perfection :)

The room was excellent and clean

I didn't get my room cleaned the second day which was a real disappointment for that amount of money. I also had a toilet clog which couldn't be fixed unless the am shift as it happened at night
