Nella grande sala, sarai accolto da Wally the Moose che tiene d'occhio il suo trespolo sopra il camino (è sempre un successo con i bambini). Il piano principale dispone di 2 camere da letto: la master suite (completamente rinnovata nel 2013) con un letto matrimoniale e una camera per gli ospiti con un letto matrimoniale. La cucina (rinnovata nel 2014) è costruita per una folla con ampio armadio e spazio di preparazione, un grande frigorifero e una gamma Viking da 48 pollici con doppio forno. Al piano superiore troverete un accogliente spazio per dormire con 2 letti singoli. Il seminterrato è diviso in 2 camere: una contiene altri 2 letti singoli con un bagno completo annesso e l'altra è la Big Red Room, la nostra sala giochi a tema Cornell con tavolo da biliardo e freccette.

INTORNO ALLA PROPRIETÀ

Per scendere sul lungomare, attraverserai i binari della ferrovia che costeggiano il lato est del lago. Questa è una ferrovia attiva, tuttavia, vedere i treni è piuttosto raro e, quando lo fai, sono molto lenti e rumorosi. We hosted our first "escape to the lake" womens retreat, and this location was perfect for us. We enjoyed a trip to the local waterfalls and spent time bybthe lake and around the fireplace. The kitchen was well suited for making incredible meals and gathering at the big table for conversation and connection. The wrap around porch was delightful for afternoon reading and conversations. It was a great location and experience!

What a beautiful location and property! It was really clean and handled our group of ten with ease. The covered, wrap around porch was a favorite place to have our dinners. One thing was that we couldn’t find some kitchen amenities that we are accustomed to at VRBO, like salt and pepper shakers- But there were both keurig and drip coffee makers, which was great for our size group. We highly recommend!

We had an amazing long weekend at the Cayuga Cabins and really enjoyed the beautiful house and property! There was plenty of space for 11 of us and everything was updated and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking dinners and relaxing at night very easy. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed a few sunsets down by the dock. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend. We hope to come back next October!

My 8 girlfriends and I, all over 60 years old, spent four nights at this beautiful property in early October 2022. The entire process went very smoothly, from our initial inquiries, to booking, to arrival and departure. Our stay was more than we could have hoped for, thanks to the terrific accommodations. The home and grounds are lovely, the kitchen well equipped, the living areas and bedrooms were comfortable. We loved being able to sit together, all of us, on the side deck, at the fire pit, at the dining room table, etc. Everything about our stay went smoothly, thanks to the attention to detail by the property owner.

This house was spectacular! Perfect for a group of 14. Great views of the lake, fire pit, wrap around deck, close to Cayuga wine trail and all of the others! Host and property manager were awesome. Everyone in the group had an amazing stay. Highly recommend!

The property was rustic in a positive way -- it was exactly what we were looking for. It was our first experience renting a house and bringing our dogs and it could not have been better. The house and property is well kept, the kitchen well stocked and the owner was super helpful.

This was a great spot for our family. The setting and outdoor space are wonderful. The large wrap around deck, fire pit and lake area where our favorite spots! House was very clean and a nice spot for a group or family. Steve, the host, was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations for the area.

The main cabin has a wrap-around deck and a spacious porch for relaxed family gatherings. Dine on the porch overlooking Lake Cayuga or inside, at tables that seat 10. My grandkids enjoyed swimming in the lake, s'mores at the fire pit, and water balloon battles on the lawn. The adults enjoyed reading, knitting, quiet early morning coffee listening to the birds and after-dinner games.

We had a nice family reunion at this property. Don't be afraid of the railroad tracks between the house and the water. We never heard/saw a train the whole August week we stayed. Very quiet. While the log cabin home was too dark to spend much time in, we greatly enjoyed being outside on the expansive and comfortable deck. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook for a crowd.

House is set up great with a large kitchen and dining table to have meals and play games. The teenagers enjoyed there room in the basement fireplace was perfect for our winter weather

The cabins fit our family perfectly. We even brought our own boat which was easy to get into the marina and then to their dock.
The biggest plus was the newly added covered porch! It was amazing and this is where we spent most of our time.
We also appreciated the motion sensor light between the 2 cabins, making it easy to go back and forth at night.

We spent 11 days at this beautiful and peaceful 2 cabin property. Steve is an awesome host, very quick in response to your email or text. He also gave us many recommendations , which we appreciated.
The cabins fit our family perfectly. We even brought our own boat which was easy to get into the marina and then to their dock.

Beautiful location on Cayuga Lake. New deck and sitting area is where our family of 12 spend most of our time. Aside from the master BR, sleeping arrangements were in our opinion subpar for the summer rental rates. Lower boathouse could use a cleaning and painting and tree branches trimmed. Again, for the price I would expect more. A lot of positives though and communication with the owner was very good.

This lakehouse more than made up for several weather and pandemic-related disruptions to our trip. The owner was attentive, and provided a plethora of amenities and information to maximize your time at the house and area. The photos don't do the place justice. The house had everything needed for cooking and comfort. The new deck is an amazing feature -- a place to gather for meals and spend the evening (if you don't go for the fire pit). Sitting by the water's edge each evening for sunsets will be a forever memory. We will look forward to returning!

Saved me time by giving me sure fire tip on how to start catching fish from the dock and arranged for and extra table to be available when one of our group remote required workspace. WiFi was solid. We are experienced vacation renters and this facility/ownership ranks at the top!!!

The temperate weather and gentle breeze were perfect. We also spent a lot of time on the boathouse deck down by the lake and around the campfire at night.
These two cabins were the cleanest rental units I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was equipped with great appliances and all the utensils and tools we needed. The gas grill was easy to use; you just need to give the second and third burners time to warm up.
We enjoyed visiting Cornell, the many waterfalls in the area, a couple local wineries, and we played tennis at the Ithaca High School courts. One warning - maybe don't bring a party of 10 people to dine at the Pub at Rogue's Harbor Inn; we waited a very long time for our food.
Communication with owner Steve was great. He checked on us a few times during the week and always responded promptly to any questions we had.
Great houses, stunning porch, beautiful views, fun on and around Cayuga Lake -- we couldn't ask for more! Highly, highly recommended!
