Questa bella suite superiore con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno in una casa ristrutturata di fine secolo ha tutto. Incluso nel tuo affitto mensile è tutte le utenze, wif e telefono. Cucina più recente con lavastoviglie Bosch, lavatrice / asciugatrice, pavimenti in bambù, bagno ristrutturato con splendide finiture, barbecue all'aperto con posti a sedere in giardino, ecc. La struttura si trova vicino a tutto. Il miglior negozio di specialità alimentari di proprietà locale, negozio di alimentari, ristoranti, banca, ecc, sono molto vicino. Downtown è a pochi passi, dove è possibile vedere il famoso Empress Hotel, il porto interno, il Royal BC Museum e il teatro Imax, gallerie d'arte e altro ancora. La bella Dallas Rd. il lungomare è a 3 minuti a piedi e ha un meraviglioso sentiero che collega numerose spiagge tascabili. Altrettanto vicino è Beacon Hill Park - con splendidi giardini, parchi giochi per bambini e parchi acquatici, stagni, zoo, pavoni, foreste naturali e prati, ecc
Molto semplicemente la posizione migliore che si può ottenere in Victoria. In una zona tranquilla e graziosa, ma a due passi da tutti i comfort che si può chiedere. Non c'è bisogno di una macchina, ma c'è un parcheggio in strada senza limiti di tempo se si desidera portarne uno in modo da poter guidare a tutte le meravigliose attrazioni dell'isola.

A cozy and comfortable home away from home!
We loved the location and the space was very clean and bright! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! Thank-you!

It was nice to have a well equipped kitchen with so many of the staples provided. Especially the full sized coffee machine. It was clean and cozy with temp controllers in many rooms.
The suite is walking distance to downtown and the inner harbor. We stayed 6 nights and would stay again.

Average property
The suite is in a nice location, walking distance to downtown and the waterfront. The suite itself was just average, was fairly clean and has a well stocked kitchen. For the price I expected something cozier. I didn't want to spend anymore time in it than I had to.

Very clean and light apartment, easy to find and all instructions clear.

Great Location with Poor Furnishings
Although the location in James Bay was great for walking access to the Inner Harbour, downtown shopping, Beacon Hill Park and the ocean, the furnishings in this apartment were less than idea. The major problem was that the beds were way to soft, with no back support resulting in a poor night's sleep for anyone who needs a firm mattress for good back support (even the pillows were flat and provided little head support). The leather couch was also not very comfortable and definitely not a good sleeping alternative.
This unit also did not have A/C or even fans, so with temperatures near 30C during the day, the upstairs apartment was very hot and stuffy, even with the windows open (without screens). Leaving the windows open at night was difficult, as it did cool off and there were no extra blankets (just heavy down comforters over the sheets, which was either too hot with it on or too cool with it off).
Finally, when we arrived late in the evening, we found no paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, etc), but Jordan was nice enough to bring over some TP and paper towels that evening. We had a great time in Victoria viewing all of the many gardens and having several high teas and we will return to Victoria in the future, but will look for an alternate place to stay.

The location really was "near it all" - walking the city of Victoria was a pleasure and so easy because of the location. A morning walk along Dallas Rd. and coffee in Cook St. Village was the perfect start to every day! We loved our vacation experience and would absolutely seek out this suite again when visiting our family in Victoria in the future. We would also recommend it to others. More info on sorting for recycling would be helpful since we found it a little different from our home city and relatives had to put us on track. The only other suggestion would be to add a step stool in the kitchen and a mirror in the smaller bedroom - very minor things in the bigger picture of a really lovely rental suite!

Large bright well-equipped 2-bedroom suite
The suite is large, bright with two good-sized bedrooms, with lots of storage closets to store our belongings!
We love the living room too, with 4 of us sitting in comfortably. Dining area and kitchen are very nice too. Washer/dryer are definitely a big plus, since we stayed there for a week and needed to do the laundry.
The neighborhood is close to everything, the waterfront, the park, grocery stores, city attractions, bookstore, coffee shops and restaurants. We walked all over the places! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful.
The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook a few good home cooked meals when we were tired of eating out.
We visited Victoria a few times before, this place is the best one we have ever stayed! Thanks a lot for getting everything ready for us, we had a wonderful time in Victoria, no one wanted to leave the suite!

This suite was perfect for our family of 4. We have 2 young kids and the set up and the location could not have worked out better for our vacation. Our kids loved watching the horses come down the street each day and hearing the big ships sounding their fog horns as we were only a few blocks from the ocean. The suite was equipped with everything we needed and what wasn't there was easy to pick up at the grocery store only a few blocks away. There are plenty of parks within walking distance too which were great for our kids. Thank you for accommodating our last minute request to stay an extra night. We are so glad we stayed one extra day :)

Close to everything!
This suite really is near just about everything, and you can walk to it all. Location is its best feature, but the amenities are also wonderful if you're travelling with a family. The owner is so kind and helpful and very responsive to questions and concerns. We had a few minor glitches come up during our stay and he was quick to work on fixing them or making things right as soon as possible. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at this place
The place is clean, roomy for 4 people, very comfortable beds. It has everything you need, make me feel like home away from home. The place is close to everything that you need, markets, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, parks, ocean, 10 minutes walk to city center and more restaurants. I think it would make this place better if the bedrooms windows have drape over the mini-blinds so the lights doesn't go through early in the morning; 6-am and the bedrooms is lighted up already.

Perfect stay!
We couldn't have been happier with this apartment! The location is awesome - easy walk to all kinds of stuff (Beacon Hill Park, Inner Harbor, Holland Point Park, the light house, Victoria Clipper), very quiet, and wonderful little grocery store at the end of the block. Plenty of play space for our toddler, great kitchen, super clean, well stocked (linens and kitchen supplies), and tons of natural light. The staircase is a bit steep, so we ended up leaving our stroller downstairs and it made life much easier. Can't wait to return and hope to stay longer next time!

Clean and modern in a great location
The property was very well maintained and comfortable, and the location is excellent. We appreciated that various cleaning supplies and basic food items - salt, pepper, ketchup - were provided. Just a few extra things would be nice to have - a table lamp in the living room, and a few more kitchen utensils like a whisk and potato masher. We stayed 2 months, so we were preparing meals quite often.

Wonderful location, clean, well equiped
The location was within walking distance of everything we needed and bus stop 3 minutes away. Bus travel in Victoria is excellent. Easy access to most tourist attractions. The suite lacked ambience, maybe okay for a young family but as a 90 year old I would like some soft and colourful furnishings.
The Seniors Activity Centre is 7 minutes walk away. We enjoyed bridge, exercises and entertainment there.
We liked the Thai Restaurant on Blanchard near Forte.

Fantastic Location
My husband and I and our teenage son stayed here for a couple of weeks. As mentioned in previous messages, the location can't be beat. Hubby and I would walk around the corner and pick up some tea from the grocer each morning before taking a five minute walk to the beach. Then we'd pick up our son and we'd head out for the day. Often, we walked, but we'd also drive to sites on the island. The apartment was clean and there was lots of storage. Our bikes were locked in the shed, and we were a short distance from a grocer for our foodstuffs. We walked every evening either to Beacon Park, the peer where the cruise ships came in, Fisherman's Wharf, or downtown. We had the fortuitous pleasure of taking in the Symphony on the Sea, when local friends of ours told us about it and saved us spots.
The apartment itself was stocked well, although we had to improvise when we were cooking a couple times. As I recall, there weren't many baking sheets available.
It was lovely to listen to the clip-clop of horses as they pulled the tourist buggies down the street in front of the house and gave tours of this historical area.
We were happy with the quality, the privacy and the great host.

Late Summer Stay
Absolutely perfect location to explore all the best to see in Vic. 5 min walk to Beacon Hill Park, 10 more to Cook St. Village (our favorite area), 10 min to ocean and 10 to downtown. All of that has been said in earlier reviews, but its worth repeating because it is not an exaggeration. Apt. was very clean, high end finishes and comfortable and quiet (our noisy family not withstanding!). We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Jordan was super attentive and seems like an all around good guy. Perfect.

In the Heart of Victoria
Well maintained property right in James Bay Village, blocks from downtown, the south shore and Beacon Hill Park. The property manager was full of great tips of spots to visit in the area. Recommended.

Has it all!
After a two week adventure in B.C. we ended our trip with a few nights in "the upper heritage suite near everything" in James Bay. Everything was just as the described and pictured, fabulous! We walked everywhere even though we had a vehicle. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very spacious with all the amenities you need. We will return :)

The place was beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed for our little 3 night getaway. It was absolutely lovely! I would definitely return.
