TV nella camera da letto principale e nel soggiorno, via cavo, internet ad alta velocità. camera matrimoniale con nuovissimo letto matrimoniale memory foam, piccolo guardaroba. Nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina e cucina con forno a convezione e microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, utensili da cucina forniti, biancheria fornita, teli mare forniti.
2a camera da letto ha un divano letto matrimoniale completamente convertito con topper memory foam. Il divano della zona giorno è convertito in letto matrimoniale. Arredamento leggero e pulito. TV a schermo piatto / monitor HDTV, via cavo, internet ad alta velocità.
Ampio patio con giardino privato con gazebo; i fiori e gli alberi da frutta sono l'ideale per rilassarsi, grigliate, fumatore di pesci e pesci, refrigeratore d'acqua con rifornimento idrico Arrowhead e stufa a fungo, divertente, e solo calciare una palla intorno alla grande erba che è chiusa e sicura per far giocare i bambini. L'ampio vialetto anteriore consente fino a 4 auto al di fuori del parcheggio per questo noleggio.

Close to the beach and town. Perfect for our two large dogs because the backyard is fenced. Lodging is small. Nowhere to put luggage but on your floor. No closet space. Not much room to put away food, no workspace. You get the downstairs and hosts are upstairs. People coming in and out of yard occasionally so I had to be careful my dogs weren't out (they're protective). Hosts were quiet and friendly.

Vicky and her husband were excellent hosts. The place was clean, and plenty of room for my wife and I and our dogs. When we needed additional toilet paper, they were quick to respond. Lots of room in the back yard to play with our pups. The hosts live upstairs and we got to meet and interact with them a bit, which was very nice. They even interacted with our dogs in a very welcoming way. Living upstairs they are very courteous about noise and were not disruptive at all. Highly recommend you stay here, especially if you want a place right across the street from the ocean with very close access to groceries, restaurants, and shopping.

It was like pulling teeth to get check in info and that was only the beginning. The place was not clean, no toilet paper, no paper towels, Handles/doorknobs/doors were broken or jammed- and the worst of all- we did NOT feel come by the owners- they were condescending and complained about us having people over at 8pm on a Friday when our people left at 830pm- good luck enjoying that outdoor space they advertise. Oh and their yappee dog barked and went after our kid- super pleasant.

The owners live upstairs, they were very very nice and ready to provide whatever you needed. Walking to town and the beach is the big draw here, fantastic location. It's great to have a parking spot or two on the owners property here AND the backyard is wonderful for relaxing outside or eating a meal in the gazebo. Thanks for a great time!

We loved the location, and it was a beautiful property! The fact that parking was included was a big plus, and the yard was perfect for entertaining a few guests for a couple hours. There was an AC unit in the living room, which was a nice addition. The only issue we had was halfway through our stay, the shower suddenly would not stay warm. I don't think it was an issue with the water heater, as when using the faucet for the tub, the water would come out warm. We had one warm shower at the beginning of our stay. We ended up just taking baths for the rest of our stay since we didn't want to take cold showers. I also did not receive check in instructions until the day of check in, and only after I reached out to the host saying that I did not get any instructions. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book here again! Laguna Beach is beautiful, and the trolley makes it so convenient to get around!

This was a quick getaway before the hectic holidays and our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect and easy to find and get into. There are so many great restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This was a nice place. I do think you should mention someone rents or lives above. If you have someone sleep on couch opened the people in bedroom cant get to the bathroom . I would say it sleeps 3 not 4. Great parking and garden. Thanks

We knew this wouldn’t be a luxury stay but filthy fans, dirty medicine cabinet and bathroom vanity. Kitchen cabinet filled with opened food and crumbs on bottom. Floors were dirty. I personally cleaned out the drain in bathroom that was clogged with hair. We took beach towels on patio to sit on the yucky furniture. And yes that really is a torn indoor couch on the patio.
The good thing is Vicky and husband are nice people and cleaned some of the things. It was too long of list. They said it’s always rented so they don’t get a chance to fix or check cleaning people. The thing is I paid a cleaning fee as part of the rental so since it wasn’t, shouldn’t I get that back?

I personally cleaned out the drain in bathroom that was clogged with hair. We took beach towels on patio to sit on the yucky furniture. And yes that really is a torn indoor couch on the patio.
The good thing is Vicky and husband are nice people and cleaned some of the things. It was too long of list. They said it’s always rented so they don’t get a chance to fix or check cleaning people. The thing is I paid a cleaning fee as part of the rental so since it wasn’t, shouldn’t I get that back?

Location, location!
We have stayed in Laguna every summer for about eight years. This is the best location we’ve ever stayed! It was perfect for a family of four . We could walk to beach, shops restaurants in 5 min. The hosts were absolutely lovely, attentive but also gave us our privacy. The only downfall is no washer and dryer . It wouldn’t matter really for a short stay but since we stayed 16 nights it was kinda a pain to walk down the street to laundry mat. Still not a big deal ;) oh Also the beds super comfy which is the most important! My favorite vrbo yet ! Will be back;)

Perfect Location for Laguna
We enjoyed our stay in the Bright House. Although the house was quite small, it was equipped with everything you could ask for. The yard was an extra bonus for our little dog, who loved every minute of it. The location couldn't be better. It's close to lots of restaurants and shops and 2 blocks from the beach. It was quiet in spite of being right in the middle of town. One suggestion would be to put a reading lamp and table on both sides of the bed.

Advantages: within walking distance of beach, shops, good grocery store; parking provided; nice outdoor lounge area; all on one level. Disappointments: uncomfortable beds, couch, chairs; extremely limited table and closet space.

The location was fantastic, just a couple blocks from the main beach. The fenced in courtyard was great for the kids to run around and play. Very comfortable and felt like home away from home.

Loved the location. Short walk to beach and shopping. Everything we needed within a 5 min walk! The house and yard are wonderful. Met and exceeded our needs and expectations. The on sight Host is very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Southern California Get Away
We chose The Brights for the first leg of our SO CAL trip and so glad we did. Absolutely what we were looking for. Perfect location and perfect house for couple trip (without the kids). Outdoor area was so nice. Used it in the morning for sipping coffee and then in the evening for a night cap under the lights. The fruit trees were awesome. We used one of the ponderosa lemons for fresh citrus in all our drinks. House had every amenity you needed. Very cozy. The location is what really makes the house a no-doubt 5 star rating. One block from Ralph’s Grocery to pick up quick supplies and then cross the street to steps down to beach. Uncrowded part of Laguna Beach and close to surfers. Could then walk down to main beach in like 5 minutes. In the evening you could hit all the places in downtown for dinner, drinks, etc. The other thing we found is the HIP district that starts maybe 3 blocks south of the house. TONS of cool shops, cafes and restaurants. I’d highly recommend checking it out.
Vicky was an awesome host. Easy to communicate with and quick with an answer. We would stay at Vicky’s anytime we made it back to Laguna.
