Amazing value! The rooms are super clean and comfortable, breakfast is great too. Absolutely worth it!!
Downside for me was location. It’s very central and can be okay if you plan to just walk to nearby restaurants and / or be gone the whole day on excursions. But if you plan to drive your scooter and go in and out a lot, the guest house is not ideal because not super accessible. Parking is difficult too. But small problem considering how cheap and great the place is

Ho apprezzato molto la dimensione generosa della camera , la pulizia e il terrazzino. La colazione è molto buona e servita direttamente sul terrazzino.
Per accedere alla struttura c’è da percorrere una stradina stretta , quindi alcuni driver di macchine non vi porteranno sotto casa, però onestamente è un difetto minimo

The location is amazing, in the center but just on a quiet street which makes it incredible as ubud is very loud. Breakfast was so tasty especially the banana pancakes.

The building is small and well maintained. The host is very helpful. We had our breakfast everyday on the balcony and it was so relaxed. Clean and quiet. The quality of the place exceeds our expectation.
The only shortcoming is location. Although is is near the palace, but it is in a small alley. We need to walk 600 m into the alley. But considering the price, we definitely will come back again.

Ci sono dei warung fuori della via della guest house.
