Perfect location and layout of condo. 1st floor was perfect and 2 car garage was aweome. Floors were not very clean, and only 1 smart tv. Cable was very limited

The house and location were great - neighbor nice and quiet. Before booking the house, we reached out to the property manager to ask about the community pool and hot tub being open during the dates we were planning to book. A message was sent back saying the pool was not heated (which we were ok with) and that it would be open during the dates we were looking at booking.
Upon arrival, we got the kids ready to go to the pool and when at the pool, it was EMPTY as was the hot tub. We waited until property management company opened to call. We were given the run around about how they only manage the property and the HOA managed the pool and facilities. The frustration lied in that the employee was extremely rude on the phone and the property management advertisement used the pool and hot tub as an incentive to stay
