We were so happy to find a location like this; large house on the water where our two families could come together and spend quality time. We swam, we fished, we enjoyed our streaming services and plenty of space to sprawl out. This home was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals, drinks, and deserts. It was very relaxing. Rickye was more than accommodating. Fun was had by all.

This house is perfect for a lake trip. Plenty of room and extremely clean. Private pier makes it super easy to access from a boat. The owner makes sure that you have a great stay.

It served our purpose well during this COVID time. A place out of the mainstream where our whole family could be together.

We evacuated for a hurricane as a large family. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Big family home on a beautiful lake. Outdoor deck that won’t quit! Place for our boat. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Check fishing times...some months are better than others.

Really enjoyed the house. Plenty of bedrooms and an awesome area on the 2nd floor for kids to share for sleeping and hanging out. Dock was big enough for all of us to hang out on and it is a really quiet lake. Used the kayaks provided to cross the lake to swing off the cedar tree. Very fun. Great way to get away from COVID-19!

The property is at the beginning stage of becoming run down. It has a bad roach issue and needs a real good cleaning. Every time we opened something or moved something we found bugs both dead and alive. At night the roaches would come out everywhere. The rooms that have carpet, the carpet is stained and very dirty. The lake water is really dirty and people were putting trash and old smelly bait in the water. We swam once and it took a while to get the smell out of our bathing suits. Could be a really nice place but it needs some good old fashion elbow grease. And the owner has way too many personal items there, just to many pictures of the family everywhere.

This property is beautiful. The house was spacious and had ample room for our entire family. Property owner was great to work with. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We would highly recommend this

The house and location was perfect.

Bedroom and bathroom availability was important for my two sisters, me, and our spouses. Enjoyed gorgeous sunrises and fishing from the dock. Caught enough catfish to feed us a meal! Appreciated Rickey's arrival text, pre-departure text, and very prompt response to our questions.

The pictures of the house do not do it justice!!!! The house is huge!!! There was plenty of room for all of us (4 adults & 9 kids ranging in ages from 17 to 5) . The main floor is wonderful. The large open area, with a wrap around bar, is perfect for everyone to get together & enjoy each others company. The master bedroom & bathroom, off the main living area of the house, are huge! The upstairs sleeps a lot of people. The house is listed as a 4 bedroom, but it sleeps way more. The open area between the rooms upstairs, can sleep many more with the air mattresses & extra beds they provide. All of our kids loved all of the different play areas & the toys that are there. There are 5 bathrooms, so no one ever had to wait to shower or use the bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. They also have 6 kayaks!!! (2 are doubles too!). They have a few floats to use as well. We really enjoyed our time outside on the beautiful deck & double decker dock!! This is where we spent most of our time. Kids loved to swim, kayak, & we fished a lot. We caught a bunch of catfish. Having the lake in your backyard, is a awesome thing to have!!! Our kids spent so much time outside, it was nice to see them all playing & swimming and not on their phones. We were outside from before sun up to sunset everyday. The owners text me to make sure we were settled in & to see if we needed anything. We felt very comfortable & safe at their home. We ALL agreed, that we would definitely come back to stay at this beautiful lake house again!!! Thank you to Rickey & his family for letting us make wonderful family vacation memories!!

Wow! I can't say enough good things about the Lake Washington Fishing Lodge. It was a great place for our family to get together and enjoy the lake. We all enjoyed swimming off the dock and using the kayaks. It is a great lake house with plenty of space for everyone. With the 5 baths, no member of the family ever had to wait for a shower. One of the best compliments that I can give this house is that it felt comfortable. I've been to other vacation rentals where it felt like the owners didn't really want you to touch their stuff. Not at this house! Rickey and his family invite you to come in, take your shoes off and enjoy the place. And if you need anything, he's just a text away. We felt right at home, and that is one thing that made this vacation great. This was our first trip to Lake Washington, and to this house, but we certainly hope it won't be our last.

The pictures did not reflect the spacious of this house. It was very nice and fairly updated with wifi. A great place to escape from TV and commune with nature.

Very easy

Lake house was great with plenty of room for everyone. Large wooden deck and pier made enjoying the lake very relaxing and peaceful. All the kids enjoyed fishing off the pier and they caught several fish. Only thing that would make this place better would be a fish cleaning station on the pier with lights and running water. We cleaned 326 catfish using the table on the back deck with a cutting board that I brought from home. I would recommend this rental to everyone and we plan to come back next year.

We had an awesome weekend. The house was awesome with all the amenities and comforts of home u will ever need. Enjoyed the deck most of all. Done all our fishing from there due to the rainy weather. Hope to go back soon

The dock is awesome and so is the fishing! The back deck is also wonderful. The layout of the house worked really well for our extended family vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and room for everyone to relax. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful time!!
