Condominio di lusso di fronte all'oceano che offrono e squisita combinazione di sapore architettonico messicano con comfort moderni confortevoli Puerto Vallarta. Una camera da letto, un bagno con piscina a sfioro e una spiaggia privata. A pochi passi dal Malecon e vicino a tutto. Torre 1000 è nello spazio straordinario incorniciato da laghi e canali che evocano l'elegante stile veneziano. Un balcone è nella parte anteriore con vasca idromassaggio di fronte all'oceano e l'altro è in camera da letto di fronte alle fontane d'acqua e canali.
Tutto ciò che serve è raggiungibile a piedi tra cui più melari, cinema con film in inglese, molti ristoranti, Starbucks, casinò solo un isolato di distanza. Piace guardare balene e delfini, pallavolo, barche, navi da crociera, fuochi d'artificio, le luci scintillanti della città, il tutto dal vostro condominio. Gli autobus locali si trovano nelle vicinanze per la corsa 10 minuti in città (55 centesimi).
I taxi sono facilmente disponibili e anche poco costoso.

Enjoyed my stay at Grand Venetian condo in PV in April. The condo was described as listed in VRBO and the amenities of the property were outstanding. There were a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly by the condo owner and she was very responsive to any inquiries. I would like to come back and visit PV in the near future and hope to rent this condo if it is available. I would strongly recommend this property for its value and location.

Sandra is the best host we ever had. She was always kind, attentive and quick to reply when we had a question and was very helpful to us on our first trip to Mexico. The apartment is large and was spacious for the two of us. The balcony on the 21st floor has a magnificent view of the Bay and the beach, and we enjoyed the occasional fireworks that were held by the various areas along the beach over our two weeks there. The apartment is very well stocked, the shower large and the bed very comfortable. The Grand Venetian itself has very good security and we always felt safe. We heard from others on the beach that this is not always the case at other complexes. There are five pools to enjoy and additional chairs and umbrellas on the beach on the resort property. The kitchen was fully functional and the costco is a 5 minute drive by uber or taxi so we enjoyed making most of our meals at the unit. We can hardly wait to return! Muchos gracias!!!!

Communication was superb. Sandra the host was extremely helpful. Would recommend this unit to anyone. This is a superb locattion directly facing the ocean on the 21st floor.. the unit is well furnished with 2 chairs on the balcony along with a small dining table and 2 chairs. Wifi was superbHighly recommended
