Questa casa è stata appena ricostruita a causa degli incendi di Gatlinburg nel 2016. Siamo pronti per iniziare a affittare il nostro Chalet di nuova costruzione per il divertimento di tutti.
Questo chalet dispone di 5 camere da letto e 6 bagni (4 bagni completi e 2 bagni di servizio). Quando entri per la prima volta nelle nostre doppie porte in legno, rimarrai stupito dallo spazio e VISUALIZZA potrai sperimentare. La cucina è di prim'ordine con un forno a gas professionale. Abbiamo più che sufficienti utensili e pentole e padelle per l'uso. Abbiamo anche una griglia a gas che si trova sul ponte. Tutto il gas è fornito! Mentre grigliate vedrete una bellissima catena montuosa.
Abbiamo un ascensore che si trova all'interno della casa. È perfetto per le persone su sedia a rotelle o per chi usa i deambulatori. Possono godersi l'intera casa come tutti gli altri. C'è una camera da letto al 2 ° piano che è perfetta per chi è su una sedia a rotelle o ha bisogno di spazio extra nella doccia. Naturalmente la camera da letto principale al piano principale è perfetta anche per chi ha bisogno di spazio extra o di una cabina doccia.
La nostra sala giochi è piena di giochi per il tuo divertimento. Il divano nella sala giochi fa uscire su un letto!
La camera a castello che si trova al piano inferiore ha anche un rotelle estraibile. Questo è un posto perfetto per i bambini piccoli.
La sala multimediale è proprio come sedersi in un cinema (se non meglio). Abbiamo un creatore di popcorn in piedi da usare. (Devi portare i tuoi popcorn e burro da usare) Abbiamo un lettore DVD che puoi usare per riprodurre i tuoi film. Può giocare regolarmente o blu-ray! Puoi anche riprodurre normali stazioni TV! Perfetto per i giorni di gioco!
Ogni piano ha il suo mazzo per divertirsi! Abbastanza privacy che anche se sei con un gruppo numeroso puoi scappare e goderti il tempo.
La nostra Mountain Home è esattamente dove vuoi essere per il tuo viaggio nelle Smoky Mountains. Questa casa è adatta alle famiglie e offre molto spazio a tutti per sedersi e parlare sul ponte mentre grigliate per cena o al piano di sotto giocando a biliardo.
La connessione Wifi è disponibile in cabina per tutti i componenti elettronici che puoi portare con te. La Jacuzzi è disponibile sul ponte per il tuo divertimento. The pictures do not do this place justice. Far exceeded our expectations. Owner is also very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Very nice house. Had an elevator issue first night but very nice tech got there to fix. Description of drive up Mtn could be better. Media room closed system won’t allow DVDs or movie rentals so just a big tv room.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our family of 5 though a much larger family could have stayed there and been quite comfortable. We would 100% recommend this home to anyone!

The house exceeded our expectations! Beautiful, clean & fully equipped. Decks had plenty of chairs and tables & the views were spectacular! Every night there was a fireworks/light show from Dollywood that we could clearly see. And the bear sightings around 6pm added to the entertainment! The elevator was a definite plus for several of the guests with mobility issues. Wish we could have stayed several more days to take advantage of all the house had to offer. A wonderful experience!

Absolutely beautiful accommodations with spectacular views. We used and enjoyed every aspect of the house. Very well equipped. Saw a bear every day. Loved our time in Gatlinburg.

What a great week. The house is insanely beautiful with views that are even better. Our family is spread out across the country (and some in Europe) so we gathered at Bearadise. The house has everything you’d need to keep the family entertained and also the kitchen is well-appointed. No complaints at all. The only 2 tips/suggestions I would offer is that the barn-door to the primary bedroom doesn’t totally close. It’s a great looking door but there are major gaps in it so you hear every single thing from the main living area potentially while you’re trying to sleep. In the media room I would also suggest a loose HDMI and programming to home entertainment system accordingly so people could plug in their laptops and stream things themselves rather than just the blue ray or cable. Thanks for such a great stay!

This cabin had the best location! Close to Pigeon Forge, close to Gatlinburg and the entrance to the smokies. The views were phenomenal and we saw bears everyday. We had family from age 70 to 7 in the house and it was perfect - clean, big, and entertaining. We loved the media room, game room, hot tub, the big kitchen, and all the deck space. Host was responsive to questions and we would 100% recommend this property.

The house was perfect for the 10 of us all ranging from kids to adults. There was something for everyone with the theater, game room and jacuzzi. But our favorite spot was sitting outside in the rocking chairs watching the scenery and wildlife. We saw bears and a bald eagle.

Spacious, accommodates everyone's privacy needs, and the kitchen is equipped with every culinary want imaginable.
In spite of the broken blender pitcher found in the kitchen pantry, the dangerously dull cutting knives, the very soiled oven, the broken doorstop to the 3rd floor half-bath, and the unfortunate fact that the trash was not picked-up on any of the three scheduled pick-up days clearly posted on the kitchen counter, I would vacation here again. I would also recommend this cabin rental to all my family and friends.

Family spring break trip to mountains. 1 senior, 4 adults, 4 teens, and 1 10 yo.
Huge spaces. We all loved the theater room and recreation room (pool table, shuffle board table, arcade games, table area to play games or cards!). Kitchen fully stocked. Large decks surround home on three sides with lots of seating and jacuzzi!

The house was absolutely amazing! Clean and offered any and all of the comfort that you would need. There were 8 adults and we had more than enough room. We also were able to enjoy watching the bears which put an extra emphasis on the trip. Great place and will return without hesitation!

We loved our stay. We were there for a family wedding. We had a great time, great views, and the bears were plentiful. My grandchildren and adult children loved watching them play and eat in the yard below the cabin. We saw bears everyday. Just a great weekend with family!

My family recently gathered at this beautiful home to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday. The house was beautiful. We enjoyed cooking almost every night in the spectacular kitchen. Everything was extremely clean and the decor and finishes were beautiful. Mom loved sitting outside on the deck with her kids and taking in the view. Only negative is that we discovered upon arrival that the elevator was broken. Due to mom's age and difficulty with stairs this was the main reason we chose this particular property. I will say that Shay was very quick to respond and did her best to get it fixed as quickly as possible, but unfortunately the problem was not resolved until our last full day. I do not fault anyone for this, just an unfortunate circumstance. Aside from this we had a fabulous trip and a great celebration. We were not as fortunate with bear sightings as other reviewers but did get to see a family of bears on our last day in front of one of the nearby houses.
As others have noted, the drive up to the house is a little tricky, so strongly recommend getting to the house before dark, at least on the first day.

We had our family here for two weeks. I can't think of anything that could have been improved.
The views are great. We really enjoyed utilizing the immense decks. Every day we were entertained by momma bears and cubs of either four or five depending on which ones showed up.
The house was well stocked and in great shape. .It was big enough that we were never on top of one and other. Our sons really enjoyed the theater room .
The owner was great to work with. We had one small issue and it was quickly addressed.

There were 12 of us in the group ranging in age from 6 to 77. To say that we all had a wonderful time is an understatement. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures depicted, if not more so. The views from the porches were amazing, especially the sunrises.
Shay was an excellent host. She always answered my messages immediately. When there was a slight problem with the dishwasher, she sent someone right away to fix it. There were plenty of supplies in the house for all of us--towels, kitchen supplies, etc.
The game room was a big hit with everybody. We saw bears everyday--Mama bear with 4 cubs, and single males. One cub even came up the front porch and stood in front of the CLOSED door. Everyone was thrilled and excited.
The house was big enough that no one got in each other's way. It was perfect for a large group. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who wants a fabulous house.

Highly recommend! Absolutely gorgeous home in a great location. We were a family of 9 - three generations from age 1 to 60 something. The house was very upscale, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the beds and pillows were all very comfortable. The views were gorgeous! The theater room was incredible. The wrap around decks were awesome and did we see bears! A momma with 4 cubs was the highlight! Nice trails close by - the community pools were great. And Dollywood was awesome! Food City is less than 15 minutes away and was a very well stocked grocery. One small issue was quickly resolved with the attention of the property manager.

This was an amazing place for our extended family of 12 to stay for our vacation. Check in was easy and everything we needed was on hand.
Views were as promised and we saw bears almost everyday of our stay. A few negatives, the bass in the movie room was so loud it was hard to hear dialog and a some of the family couldn't handle it. If that were adjustable it would be a plus. Also the chairs on the poker table were broken. Everything else was top notch.
Overall a great stay and I would stay again without question!

Great for family celebration!
We loved this beautiful and spacious home. The views from the three wrap-around decks were amazing. The furniture was very nice and plentiful- lots of different areas for kids and adults to hang out. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. Adults spent lots of time on the deck. We could even see Dollywood fireworks from there.
We had a bear family - mama and four cubs - we saw frequently.
For disabled people- the elevator was amazing. The roll-in shower was gorgeous. My only complaint was that I couldn’t get on the bed without being lifted up from my wheelchair and there was not a cut-out under sink for a chair. It is really hard to find a large capacity accessible home and this one was the best we have experienced. The family thought it was awesome.

The rental was also situated about a 2 minute driving distance from the swimming pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Our family would not hestitate to come back to this beautiful place.

After two years of pandemic postponing, it was well worth the wait!
We originally scheduled the trip for Christmas 2020, and had to reschedule the trip twice due to COVID. Shay was very understanding and with our rebooking requests and we are very appreciative of her flexibility. Let me tell you, it was well worth the wait and we were blown away with the house, amenities, and spectacular views from every window and balcony. When browsing properties in the area, we were taken with this house because it was nice mix of modern and rustic, with touches that truly made it feel like home.
It's built for large groups and we took advantage of everything - the hot tub, cinema room, pool table, arcade games, popcorn maker, etc. With a group of 12, aged 1 to 71, there was something for everyone. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dinnerware, flatware, cooking utensils, and pots/pans for us to make large meals for the group a few nights throughout our stay.
We had such a wonderful time and we're so bummed that it's over. Thank you, Shay, for providing such a beautiful space for us to create new memories after two years of uncertainty and stress.

This property was extremely clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals and lots of space for everyone! Highly recommend! We had one issue with the media room and Shay handled it immediately! Great place with great views!

Heaven on earth
This chalet is by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. So much room, so many amenities. We didn’t want to leave!! 5+ stars for sure!! We got to cheer on our Bengals in the Media room, played lots of pool, little ones played lots of video games, and we just relaxed and enjoyed the gorgeous view!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back!

The property owner did an AMAZING JOB with this property!! Our stay was nice, TOP NOTCH CLEAN, and comfortable!!!! She decorated it great for Christmas so we had a grand Christmas tree for our presents to go under.
Had us a welcome basket, which came in handy. She thought of everything you could think of. I even saw baby gates for the stairs, which we didn't need, but I thought was thoughtful to have for the guests that need them. Parking was excellent!! No odd driveway. We had 3 big vehicles able to back right on up to unload. Very good communication with the owner. I had to message her on multiple occasions, and she always responded politely within minutes. Excellent service and cleaning service! We will definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful house! What a surprise that it was decorated for Christmas! When we read the guest book, we noted that so many previous guests had seen bears. Alas, we did not .... We also forgot to sign the guest book...Sorry. We really loved your house! It was perfect for our family. Ages ranged from 17 mos. to 70 yrs. Thank you!!!!
