La nostra villa è quasi 1200 m², questo 2 letto, 2 bagni è aperto, luminoso e arioso, con un sacco di spazio. Abbiamo un posto auto assegnato proprio fuori dalla nostra villa. Completamente arredato, con soggiorno, sala da pranzo, e balcone con vista sul campo da golf. La villa dispone di una grande camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. La seconda camera da letto ha un re con un grande armadio. La 'tana' con divano fuori del salotto si trasforma in un terzo spazio di sonno

Our trip to Venice was one of the best. The condo was in the location where my wife had always wanted to stay. She was able to utilize the pool and joined a group doing water aerobics. I was able to bike the legacy bike trail almost every day. We saw sunsets almost every day and meet some folks who were local. Shopping was good downtown Venice. We also had a list of restaurants that we wanted to try. Lots of good places in Venice. Thanks for letting us use your condo.

The condo was exactly as described. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The community was very friendly and there were so many activities to choose from. The location was perfect, the beaches, downtown Venice and any kind of store you need is right around the corner.

This is the second time to stay at this property. My wife has always wanted to stay at Bird Bay so we gave it a try last year and enjoyed it so much we opted to go back again this year. This year my wife enjoyed going to the pool in the morning for water aerobics. We also did some pickle ball. Great location. We hope to do it again next year.

The listing stated there was an elevator for the second floor but there is none which was a problem as one of us have bad knees and it was different to go up and down the stairs. Otherwise everything was good.
