Great beach views with easy access just over the dune. The enclosed underneath of the house is very convenient for dogs, but it is also easy to fence off the stairwell so they stay upstairs normally. Large fridge and easy to work in kitchen. Some of the pans were in rough shape, so recommend bringing a few if you plan to cook on the stove top often.

Check in was simple and the communication was great. Great location. If you are planning on doing some cooking you may need to bring some pots they went from a bunch of saucers to one BIG POT.

The good: good location, REALLY nice beds, excellent stove, CLEAN beach, clean bathrooms, enough hot water, clean bedrooms too. The not-so-good: Host thought we brought pets; we did not and did not sign up to have them. Also there was confusion about linens, but that was taken care of before we got there. Arrived at house to find NO toilet paper (I guess we expected at least a partial roll), keys were not where they were supposed to be, Wifi info completely wrong. Host contacted; Wifi info provided in a reasonable time. AC was a periodic issue, some of which was bc we didn't know that the upstairs unit pan needed to be drained every couple hours which resulted in flooding -- and no mop to clean it up with so we used a beach towel. The freezer wasn't cold; host was contacted and a repairman came on Wednesday, but the freezer still didn't freeze after that. No ice cream for us! A few dishes weren't clean; however the dishwasher worked well. One lower railing on the stairs needs to be replaced -- we had a toddler and this was an issue. The light over the dining table didn't work; the host tried to find a universal remote but could not during our stay. The good balanced with the not-so-good: overall we had an enjoyable stay.
