Pros: excellent location; beautiful balcony view of ocean and pool; rental voucher for bikes or other gear; clean accommodations; beach access.Cons: beds are really uncomfortable as is sofa; parking is a challenge (we were supposed to have a parking bay for our unit, but it was filled with wood pallets, and a standard pickup truck is too high to clear the top of bay. Yher’s not enough parking in the front lot because many people don’t use their assigned bays, and three trailers were permanently parked in the limited spaces of the lot. Listing needs to be more candid about parking issues.

There’s not really an ocean view. You can see a sliver of the ocean through the trees, but I wouldn’t say it’s an ocean view.

The property itself was nice and had everything I needed. The pool was surrounded by mosquitos and the walk to the beach was through grass/marsh that was infested with mosquitos and ants and made the walk to/from the beach awful. We were covered head to toe and bug spray did not help!
