SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon-Kinnakeet Shores SUMMER SURFER offre un'ampia area living e con la sua posizione a un solo passo dall'oceano, il surf estivo è più vicino che mai. Fai un tuffo nella piscina privata e goditela anche di notte con luci a LED multicolori e illuminazione ambientale nella zona della piscina. Il primo livello dispone di quattro camere da letto (due master), tre bagni, una lavanderia e una sala giochi completa con tavolo da biliardo, frigorifero e un forno a microonde. Inoltre, ispeziona l'acqua blu da uno dei quattro ponti, dal portico schermato di collegamento o dalla vasca idromassaggio da 6 persone. La famiglia godrà della seconda camera di secondo livello (con un home theatre con cambia CD / DVD) e audio surround, master suite con vasca idromassaggio per due e comodo bagno di servizio. Pianificare di gustare molti pasti nella sala da pranzo o nel tinello, fresco dalla cucina (completa di due lavastoviglie). Programma di visitare SURFER ESTIVO e cogliere l'onda quest'anno.

We fell in love with the village of avon. A wonderful little beachside town that really met our families vacation needs. There was a beautiful view from the front deck where we could see the waves breaking. It was a very short walk to get onto the beach and spend our week enjoying the ocean.
Unfortunately, the house was not as clean as we are accustomed to when renting vacation homes. Throughout the house we found mold in bathrooms and on the ceiling. In addition, we realize that this is a pet friendly home, but dog care was all over the house. And it was obvious that it was multiple dogs as the hair were all colors of the rainbow. We ended up not bringing our dogs so it was clear that a deep cleaning did not occur before our arrival. (Also, FYI, The refrigerator had a shelf broken, speakers did not operate and wifi was spotty.)
Overall we had a great trip. With just a little more effort into cleaning the house and some repairs this is a perfect vacation spot.

Very spacious, plenty of storage room and included many cooking items. The decorating was nice. Also the house was clean. The only negative was the beds need to be replaced and the one lounger chair in living room. If I returned I wouldn't hesitate to use property again.
