Gli ospiti hanno accesso a metà sezione della casa ad eccezione di una zona giorno che il proprietario utilizza per sé attraverso la porta d'ingresso principale, quindi gli ospiti hanno accesso da sidegate attraverso il cortile al cottage "A" con 2 camere da letto / 1 bagno con singola porta a vetri con passi. è come affittare tutta la casa senza alcun disturbo da parte del proprietario e degli ospiti dato la loro completa privacy.

Una casa recentemente rinnovata situata in un quartiere molto sicuro, tranquillo e familiare, proprio di fronte al centro commerciale Frm Buena Park, a piedi per una vita notturna migliore con tutti i tipi bar, ristoranti, teatri, shopping a Knotts Berry Farm n entro 6-7 minuti di auto a Disney come noi siamo localizzati convenientemente dalla maggior parte dei principali fwys 5 n 91. Il mio posto è vicino a ristoranti e ristoranti, alla spiaggia, alle attività per famiglie, alla vita notturna e ai trasporti pubblici. Amerai il mio posto per l'intimità e la posizione.

Gli ospiti hanno accesso a metà sezione della casa ad eccezione di una zona giorno che il proprietario utilizza per sé attraverso la porta d'ingresso principale, quindi gli ospiti hanno accesso da sidegate attraverso il cortile al cottage "A" con 2 camere da letto / 1 bagno con singola porta a vetri con passi. è come affittare tutta la casa senza alcun disturbo da parte del proprietario e degli ospiti dato la loro completa privacy. Entrambe le camere dispongono di tv a schermo piatto con canali locali, un bel cortile tranquillo con un patio coperto e un'altalena, limoni gratis da un albero di limone succoso senza semi se gli ospiti amano cucinare o mescolare con alcune bevande, inoltre ci sono altre erbe come il verde tè e menta coltivati nel cortile, ampio parcheggio gratuito nel vialetto e molto parcheggio in una strada privata.

asciugacapelli, mini tostapane, mini frigo n microonde, mini colazione fornita, asciugamani, saponi n shampoo / balsamo, ferro / ferro da stiro ecc.

Sono forniti caffè, tè, zucchero, pacchetti di crema, succo di mirtillo / mela o uva, latte, cereali, fiocchi d'avena, pane, burro di arachidi, fette di formaggio giallo, frutta in scatola, ecc.

I booked this because of the previous goods reviews & was not disappointed! It was exactly what we needed. A central place to sleep while vacationing all around the area. The host was responsive and attentive. Would stay again if in the area

After staying at and seeing nice VRBO properties, it was disappointing to walk into this one. I handed the keys back that I was given and found a nearby hotel to stay in. As you walk in there is immediately a bed there (no living area). There is another room with a bed. There is also a small bathroom. No kitchen, but there is a microwave on a small refrigerator. The place is apparently a part of the owners' parents' home, who instructed me where to park as there would be others using the driveway as well.
As this VRBO was nonrefundable, I can only hope that the owner will use the payment to donate to charity or perhaps clean the place up. Ideally, they should advertise as a one bedroom and make the front room as a living area with a small dinette. Definitely not up to VRBO standards and no feeling that "you have the place all to yourself".

From beginning to end it was very good communication with owner , very clean, confortable, good area for shopping, freeway entrance and food; I will definitely staying again when I go back to California.

This part of the house has been locked off from the main part of the home. It is about 350 sf consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a small hallway. There is no common area or dining area and the fridge is smaller than shown in the picture. There wasn't much in the way of utensils or cups but these were small issues that we could of asked the owner for, if needed. It is very close to Knott's and works fine for a place to stay while visiting the area.

This place is perfect if you are looking for a 2 bedroom place in a good neighborhood, near Knotts Berry Farm for less money than anywhere else. You will probably hear your hosts as you share a door/wall, but they are lovely! They were responsive, kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I did not like that I signed up through Expedia and was not given a phone number. I turned out that I should have signed up on a different app too, confusing. The room needs attention, paint.. and the outside also needs attention.

This is a two bed room "Mother-in-Law" unit attached to the owner's home, but you do have complete privacy. Really convenient spot right off of the highway so you have quick access to multiple restaurants & shopping centers. There is a Wal-Mart right across the street as well. The owner was very accommodating and kept in good contact to make sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a nice place to rest after your time in the city, this will fit the bill.

Really convenient spot right off of the highway so you have quick access to multiple restaurants & shopping centers. There is a Wal-Mart right across the street as well. Excellent location (can’t stress this enough); Attentive and easily reached host, Jignesh. Family friendly and clean!! Loved it and would recommend to anyone. If we find ourselves back in Buena Park, this will be our first pick for a stay.

The smaller tv did not connect efficiently, batteries to smaller tv remote were dead. front bedroom tv remote did not work properly. front bedroom bed had two top mattresses and continuously slid. the back bedroom bed was extremely hard. The water pressure was extremely low. Overall, the property was was easily accessible and clean & centrally located. The host was nice

Perfect for our getaway
Jingnesh and this home are awesome. Super close to all the parks and super clean. The owner is extremely responsive and attentive. This is a great place to stay and we reccomend it to anyone!

This was my 1st ever VRBO and it was nice. This one is in a Fantastic location if anyone is looking for one near shopping, eating and amusement parks (Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland).

Cute cottage 10 minutes from Disney
Owner was quite responsive. Property was as described. Only issue was TV outlet in second bedroom didn't work. Otherwise, we had everything we needed for our short stay. Would stay here again.

I was excited to view my first air bnb. Unfortunately the furniture was outdated, one bed was too soft, & one bed was too hard. The manager is onsite. So the aroma of food cooking thru out the evening was unfamiliar to me.
