Rod was super easy going and great deal with. The house was a road from the beach, and a public access was less than 400 yards away. The house is big and had plenty of room, and the kids loved the pool!! Any time we are in this area we will be trying to book this house!

This house was great we visit florida in March for spring break. We had enough room for everyone. Each room was a nice size and everything was nice and clean. The pool was great kids got to enjoy it alittle due to the weather. It was a cold and rainy so we didnt get out much. We could have been sad and gloomy but being in this house hsving fun with family brought sunshine. The host Rob is the best and easy to work with. He also understood when a family member car broke down the day of departure. He was allowing us to stay alittle longer that day until we got everything straight. We will definitely be returning when we make sure we check the weather lol!
