Beautiful beachfront villa at the Wyndham Grand R Mar Rainforest Beach Resort
La nostra villa fronte mare recentemente ristrutturata e progettata su misura dispone di una cucina moderna ed elegante con zona pranzo con vista sull'oceano e due camere da letto confortevoli e spaziose. Si trova all'interno del parco del Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa. È possibile raggiungere a piedi l'edificio principale del resort (2 minuti) e la spiaggia (1 minuto). Puoi anche andare in bicicletta con le nostre due biciclette nei giardini del Resort e goderti i giardini tropicali e le splendide viste sull'oceano. Le due camere sono dotate di bagni in marmo. La tranquilla villa è completamente climatizzata e dispone di un generatore di elettricità per assicurare un buon riposo notturno e giornate piacevoli. La posizione all'angolo dell'ala ovest offre viste trasversali della flora tropicale e dell'oceano. La Villa si trova proprio di fronte alla spiaggia ea pochi passi dalla maggior parte dei servizi dell'hotel. Due balconi (uno di fronte al soggiorno e l'altro di fronte alla camera da letto con due letti) facilitano il godimento esterno della magnifica vista sull'Oceano Atlantico e delle tre piscine private della proprietà. L'appartamento di 1400 piedi quadrati ha pavimenti in marmo in tutte le stanze e ripiani in granito / quarzo. È il luogo perfetto per gli ospiti interessati a godere dei servizi di un resort di prima classe e del comfort di una casa privata. L'appartamento vanta una cucina completamente attrezzata che comprende una zona bar con un dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino dove è possibile godersi riunioni di famiglia con vista sulla spiaggia. Inoltre, il Wyndham Rio Mar Resort and Casino e i ristoranti nelle vicinanze offrono molti eccellenti punti di ristoro. Generi alimentari, abbigliamento e farmaci sono disponibili per l'acquisto a pochi passi dal resort o dai numerosi negozi a breve distanza. L'appartamento si trova vicino a diversi punti di riferimento, tra cui la foresta pluviale nazionale dei Caraibi, la baia bio-luminescente di Fajardo e il porto per le famose isole di Culebra e Vieques. Old San Juan è a soli 45 minuti di auto. Una visita di un giorno offre l'opportunità di conoscere la nostra storia e apprezzare l'architettura spagnola di forti, case ed edifici pubblici. Numerosi punti ristoro sono disponibili nella Vecchia San Juan, a pochi passi o in auto dalla Villa. La sicurezza del resort e della villa è garantita tutto il giorno. I proprietari che vivono nelle vicinanze e un tuttofare sono disponibili per aiutare gli ospiti a trascorrere una vacanza senza preoccupazioni. This condo was spectacular! The pictures are exactly what we found, and the views from the two decks are amazing. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony watching the sun rise, and made meals at night in this well equipped kitchen watching the ocean. We are runners and each morning we had safe places to run with great views! The beach has soft sand and we loved every minute staying here. We ate at two of the Wyndham hotel restaurants, had pina coladas at their pool bar, and also went to Luquillo for dinner at the kiosks. The property is beautiful, the pools were clean and warm, and I liked that there were not as many people at the pool compared to a hotel. During the day we listened to birds and at night we listened to the coqui. It was a tremendously relaxing trip and I hope we return soon! The owner was very easy to communicate with and the directions were perfect. Thank you for a wonderful vacation Les!

This was a beautiful property with easy access to multiple pools and the beach. The property was quiet with a relaxing atmosphere, but it was nice having the Wyndham resort close by if we wanted to eat out without having to drive.

The place has everything you need. Great views, beautifully furnished, you are next to the Wyndham Rain Forest Resort with access to their facilities. There are 2 great pools on site and others at the resort. We never had to contact the owner the whole week. Clear instructions before and after. Plus you have a mile long beach to walk outside your front door.

The condo itself was clean and what was expected. The grounds for the condo are great - the pools are lovely, the beach is full sand and really great. Visiting in January was wonderful as it was not crowded at all. The condo was a good size for the four of us (2 parents, 2 adult children). The kitchen was disappointing in terms of the pots/pans/dishes/towels, etc. We book a condo so I can cook for the family (we have lots of food issues so need a kitchen rather than going out). There was one kitchen towel and not nearly enough in the kitchen to make cooking easy. And, there is not an oven! There is a microwave that doubles as a convection oven which is not at all the same as having an oven. The listing stated there was an oven. Additionally, I reached out to the owner on our check-in day with questions on how to use a few things in the condo and how to use the microwave and did not hear back for 4 days. Considering we were only staying for 7 days I felt this was way too long to receive a response. I recommend staying at this location and if the kitchen is not a big deal for you, then this specific condo could work for you.
