La nostra villa fronte mare recentemente ristrutturata e progettata su misura dispone di una cucina moderna ed elegante con zona pranzo con vista sull'oceano e due camere da letto confortevoli e spaziose. Si trova all'interno del parco del Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa. È possibile raggiungere a piedi l'edificio principale del resort (2 minuti) e la spiaggia (1 minuto). Puoi anche andare in bicicletta con le nostre due biciclette nei giardini del Resort e goderti i giardini tropicali e le splendide viste sull'oceano. Le due camere sono dotate di bagni in marmo. La tranquilla villa è completamente climatizzata e dispone di un generatore di elettricità per assicurare un buon riposo notturno e giornate piacevoli. La posizione all'angolo dell'ala ovest offre viste trasversali della flora tropicale e dell'oceano. La Villa si trova proprio di fronte alla spiaggia ea pochi passi dalla maggior parte dei servizi dell'hotel. Due balconi (uno di fronte al soggiorno e l'altro di fronte alla camera da letto con due letti) facilitano il godimento esterno della magnifica vista sull'Oceano Atlantico e delle tre piscine private della proprietà. L'appartamento di 1400 piedi quadrati ha pavimenti in marmo in tutte le stanze e ripiani in granito / quarzo. È il luogo perfetto per gli ospiti interessati a godere dei servizi di un resort di prima classe e del comfort di una casa privata. L'appartamento vanta una cucina completamente attrezzata che comprende una zona bar con un dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino dove è possibile godersi riunioni di famiglia con vista sulla spiaggia. Inoltre, il Wyndham Rio Mar Resort and Casino e i ristoranti nelle vicinanze offrono molti eccellenti punti di ristoro. Condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. Access to hot tub and great lap pool close by and the beach just beyond. View from the balcony with palm trees and ocean was wonderful. We cooked in three nights and ate out at two good restaurants within a few miles. SO MUCH better than staying at the hotel, but with access to their facilities. Les, the owner, was accommodating and friendly. We will return!

The location and view of this beautiful property was perfect for our family. With just a few steps, you were on the beach. The photos accurately reflect the property. It was extremely clean and well laid out. It's a great place to stay if you would like to enjoy the beach and the rainforest. The host was awesome and available when we had a special request. If we get the chance, we will be back.

This rental far exceeded expectations! The living room/kitchen area was perfect for a group hang and was so inviting and comfortable! the distance to the beach was perfect, you could walk out and be on the beach in 2 minutes flat! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!! you will NOT regret staying here!

Location, location, location! Right on the beach with beautiful ocean views...couldn't ask for more. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs. It made our vacation so relaxing! Short walk to the Wyndham resort restaurants. Can't thank Les enough for such wonderful accommodations. :)

Great condo and location for our family of 6 on our first trip to Puerto Rico! Beach is gorgeous and expansive for long walks. We really appreciated the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, balls, and towels in the condo. Overall, loved the island and resort and people on and off the island were very friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and three sons ages 17-21. The photos are accurate -- the property is well located in a nice development with private pools/hot tubs and easy access to a pretty beach. The Wyndham is a short walk away and we ate there a few times but it's very overpriced for mediocre food and so we mostly just went for drinks and played a bit of blackjack. We rented a car and it was nice to be able to get away from the resort property to visit neighboring areas such as Luquillo and Las Croabas for restaurants (particularly liked the Luquillo Kiosks for casual bites at the beach, Boardriders for dinner, and Pizza to go Rio Grande which is only a mile or two from the condo), stores, supermarket, Walgreens, etc. Didn't get a chance to visit El Yunque and the seas were too rough for a snorkeling or dive trip but the condo is well situated for those wanting to do these things. Other pros: easy communication with the owner (e.g. wifi wasn't working and she was very quick to get it reset/fixed), well stocked kitchen, designated parking spot in garage downstairs, washer/dryer in the condo, beach towels and chairs (and some beach toys but we didn't use those). Cons: pretty much as expected, although a pull out couch would have been nice for a family with more than 2 kids...Overall, highly recommend!

If you enjoy the Wyndham Rio Grande area, I highly recommend you stay here. Close to the pools, well stocked with towels and beach towels. A great fridge with an ice maker. And all the extras to enjoy the beach. The beds are very comfortable and it’s so clean. All the kitchen utensils you need. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. They even provided seasonings to cook, pool toys/towels/chairs and sunblock amongst other things. It was very spacious with a beautiful view. Everything was tidy and smelled nice. Their listing is spot on, there was a washer dryer in the unit which made it very convenient. We will definitely be back!!

We loved staying here! The location was great- steps to the beach and to the incredible infinity pool (and hot tub!). It was very safe so the kids could run around pretty freely. The vacation rental had everything we needed, complete with two ocean front view balconies. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is my family's 4th time staying in the Ocean Villas complex and the apartments never disappoint. This until was very clean, well-appointment, spacious, comfortable, and had a killer view. My family and I would definitely return to this particular unit, if available, when we return next year!

The location of this property was second to none! The unit was overlooking the fantastic pool area and beach. It was convenient to be close to the resort restaurants and an easy drive to Luquillo and El Yunque. The property was comfortable and well maintained; however, it could be improved by putting a TV in the main bedroom, adding some shelving and hooks in the bathrooms (nowhere to hang used towels!). Thank you, Les!

We love this location and this villa inside the Wyndham grounds! We had some hot water and water pressure issues this time, but it certainly didn't get in the way of our wonderful vacation!

Beautiful condo & great location! Steps away from the beach and easy access to the Wyndham Hotel next door. Enjoyed riding bikes around the property and sitting on the oceanfront balcony. The condo is very modern and the kitchen was well equipped. Les has also left a welcome guide in the condo with menus, excursion ideas and tips on the area. I recommend visiting the rainforest -its incredibly close! Overall a great stay :)

We had a great time! The location is perfect - an amazing view - virtually a private pool and seconds to the beach.
The unit is clean and had everything we needed.
Access to next door hotel restaurants and casino was great!
Fun places nearby to eat as well; walk on the beach - east of the hotel - and thru the river to the horse bar that had great drinks and snacks; Revolution Pizza at the Kiosks; Don Pepe, Carabelli for dinner and UTV fun and of course the Rainforest and Old San Juan is a must see.
Also really enjoyed eating at La Estacion in nearby town!

Spacious and clean condo well situated for easy access and activities at the beach, pool, and the rain forest. In town for our nephews wedding and the entire family was able to be close to each other and hang out while renting multiple units on the property.

We just returned from a week's stay in Puerto Rico! First time visiting and we were not disappointed. The condo was perfect for our group and the property had a lot to offer! The coffee maker died on day 2 of our visit, however we had a new one within 2 hours of alerting the property owners! The condo has everything you need! Beach chairs, bikes, volleyballs, coolers, beach towels and even an umbrella! If you're considering this property, go ahead and book it! I would rent this condo again in a second! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

We loved our stay here- property was outstanding. Location was so close to the pools and beach. The view was the best. I have never stayed at a VRBO that had thought about their guests like this place- as they provided beach chairs, umbrella, floating chairs, boogie boards, coolers, bikes etc- Also starter things like toilet paper, coffee, waters, etc. The property owner is very responsive. Loved our time here!

Perfect place and location for a family of 5. Loved the beach and view from the villa. Close proximity to rain forest and other attractions. Villa fully equipped for vacation with beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards. Would definitely rent again.

Family Beach Vacation
Just stayed here 6 nights and it was an amazing villa! Everything in the photos is exactly how it looks when you arrive, and the space was nicely cleaned. The amenities the owners have here makes this stand out above other rentals we have done, there are bikes, tennis rackets, nice beach chairs, beach towels, cooler for the beach to name a few, which makes this so convenient for a day at the beach. The Villa has washer/dryer, which was great as we were able to pack less on the trip. Pools were very nice at the villas as well, we weren't able to use the ones at the resort, but everything else at the resort was available to us. This really is the best of both worlds, you get the convenience of the resort, with the advantages of the Villa. Driving to the villa was easy, the only challenging driving we encountered was in old San Juan (Go early in the day). The Rainforest is 10 min drive to main entrance, so we toured that, and did horse back riding one day. Resort also has Waverunners near by that can be rented by a third party at the beach. Owners were very responsive with any questions as well, so we never felt we were on our own to figure things out. We will definitely be back again to rent for our next Puerto Rico Vacation!

Memories were made
Les was an amazing host and answered all my questions promptly and never made me feel an inconvenience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and you are literally overlooking an entire pool yard and beach just steps from your door.
There was a binder with several listings to neighborhood restaurants, a map of the adjacent resort for which you can visit ( but absolutely NO need to because the beach is so private, and we barely saw anyone at the pool on a holiday weekend).
We had many memories here and we had high expectations given how we were elaborating multiple occasions alongside a toddler. This place exceeded it and we will definitely be making arrangements to come back soon.
PS there was already anything needed for a beach trip including towels, beach chairs, body boards, noodles, ect. My son did leave some sand toys behind that maybe someone else would love to use to build his own personal favorite-sand castles!
