Beautiful Beachfront Townhouse in Bucerías, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Esmeralda
Con una posizione fronte mare, questo edificio ha una vista eccellente di Banderas Bay e si trova a pochi passi dalla piscina, spiaggia, palestra e un beach club. L'architettura del paesaggio è un punto focale chiave, contemporaneo stile messicano del Pacifico, che impiegano l'uso generoso di legni esotici, palapa paglia e pietra indicazione, per un vero e proprio ambiente costiero. La finitura è di altissimo livello, progettati per soddisfare le aspettative del Nord America.
Una fascia alta, ambiente a bassa densità non significa lottare per sedie della piscina, con oltre 4 piscine Infiniti e la propria piscina immersione privata è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi durante il giorno e se lo desiderano a soli 25 min. allontanare da Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta e Punta Mita per infinite serale e notturno intrattenimento, come ristoranti, piena di attività lungomare e bar di tutti i tipi.

We have stayed at various units in the Punta Esmeralda development for the past 18 years, and have always enjoyed the beauty of the manicured grounds, multiple uncrowded pools, and the excellent beach club restaurant. Perla 3 is located on the second floor of a terraced 3 storey building on the waterfront, away from the highway. The unit was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen supplies, and the beds were comfortable. The owner and property manager were very responsive, and remedied a couple of minor maintenance issues promptly. The property is a 5 minute taxi ride from the very lively town of Bucerias, and a short drive to the lovely neighbouring towns of La Cruz, San Pancho, and Sayulita. Recommended!

Weather was wonderful, suite was large and lovely. There was a problem with the hot water which was fixed quickly.
Lovely location and suite. Would recommend to anybody.

We always love to return. The location is excellent, very safe, with a multitude of pools to choose from, easy access to Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Bucerias with their restaurants, shops and markets. The house is very clean, very spacious easily hosting 2 full families same time, great bay views and a large terrace to enjoy a beer and a BBQ. There is even a room with bunk beds so kids can have their own space. The owners are very nice and accommodating speaking excellent English and Spanish of course. Until next time!!!

One bed " comfy smooshy" one bed quite hard. We had to switch room with each other. it was a bit like Goldilocks and the three Bears. Nicely appointed kitchen!!! stainer, glass left over containers, juicer, coffee maker, hot milk maker, nice knives, pitchers, glassware, ice cube trays... it so nice to have everything so it you could actually live here. people above scraping chairs in morning, otherwise quiet. Water pressure varied, but never bad. the water very hard and you'll want to drink and cook with bottled water. Doesn't stink, or harmful, just salty.
View is quite nice, sun in am when you want it, cooler and off to the side in the pm. Parking for car so great with marked spot. Gated, so felt more than safe. One pool really warm and the other nice and refreshing. Quiet...no spring breakers here, but had nice visit with fellow renters.
Best part by far, the Cafe. We so enjoyed the cafe at the main pool house, that we rarely went out. It was better than all the meal we had in nearby towns. As foodies soooo impressed with presentation and quality.
