Initially, communication with the host was great. On the day of check-in I never received instructions on how to check-in. Eventually, at 5 PM, I went to the front desk of the resort and the clerk was able to help me. Once in the unit, there was articles of clothing in the master bedroom closet as if the cleaning service did not see those. The clerk at the resort was very helpful and I do appreciate that.

We enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach! We loved having the bottom level access to the pool/beach. The porch was much larger than expected and we thought it was an easy process to get checked-in and out.

The condo itself was clean and has everything you need but there are no extras so make sure you bring EVERYTHING you might need down to salt and pepper.
The Phoenix properties are clean and quiet and the area is great. We love it.
I wish the WiFi password had been displayed or easy to find. Ended up having to make two phone calls to get online. That was the only “issue” we had. It was a wonderful fall break!

At first I was concerned of being on the 1st floor and close to lobby but I was surprised at how quiet and convenient the condo was. I had easy access to pool and beach with a wonderful patio that was private and spacious. I loved this unit. I would definitely rent again. The ice maker didn’t work but we but our drinks in freezer for a while and really never missed it.
