Big Blue-Splendidamente, ma comodamente arredata casa su pali-4 camere da letto / 3 bagni: 1K, 1Q, 2 Dbl, 2T. 4 telecamere a circuito chiuso con cavo esteso e accesso internet wireless ad alta velocità, DVD, videoregistratore, lettore CD, ventilatori a soffitto in tutto, il più unico, enorme "bar per barche" (vedi foto), libri, video, DVD, puzzle. Cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici tra cui lavatrice e asciugatrice, mangiare al bar e tavolo da pranzo con 4 sedie. Chiuso O / S w / H & C, veranda coperta con bilancieri sul davanti con una splendida vista sull'oceano. Grande ponte aperto sul retro con griglia a carbone. Garage singolo per auto sotto. Servizio di pulizia di partenza e biancheria inclusi con una settimana o prenotazione più a lungo. Non fumatore. Animali domestici (portare Spot o Fluffy lungo). Aggiunto un nuovo bagno e sala da pranzo (400 piedi quadrati) !!!!

Older home without fancy furnishings whixh is fine by us, we spend our time out of the house. It was very clean, stocked with some basics to get going (tp, paper towels, trash bag) and all linens were correct. Easy access to beach, across the street. Layput was great for my siblings, parents & I. Front porch was great for early mornings & evenings. AC worked well, outdoor shower for rinsing off. Advertized for 5 bathrooms. There's 3 in the house - 2 with tub/shower combo & 1 with shower only. We booked again for next year! 7 adults, 2 kids & we didn't feel cramped or crowded.

Love the house the set up. Only thing the property across the street is gated which you can't tell on line. You have to walk 5 to 6 maybe more houses down to get to the beach.

This is a nice home with ample room for the 8 adults and 3 children in our group. It looks like there is normally easy access to the beach, but that was not the case for us as it was closed off , we were told due to dredging (which is beyond the control of the owner)The ability to close off the sleeping areas in the evening so that sleeping children wouldn't be disturbed was a huge plus for us. Wonderfully huge deck for sitting or playing games. The one disappointing aspect was the fact that it could have been cleaner. I don't think the company that does the cleaning puts in a lot of effort. There was a lot of dog fur and debris in corners and under the furniture which I found out when I retrieved a lost baby toy from under the couch. While the house was no means dirty, I think a little more effort (i.e moving furniture to mop and vacuum) would go a long way. Carpets seemed stained and needing to be replaced as well. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay but the owner(s) should look at their cleaning company a little closer.
