The check in staff were very helpful. The building was a short walk to the ski lift and the maintenance staff was really helpful when we called them. This is a really great place to stay at Sugar Mountain.

We appreciated that it had enough toilet paper, a washer and dryer so we could have fresh towels, and plenty of kitchen appliances and dishes. Getting onto the Oma's Meadow slope was a breeze, and the view from the room was fantastic. It was perfect for our family to make some very special memories. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: love staying here. 3rd time here, love location and proximity to mountain and slope. again, only thing i dont like is not having lift tickets. have to go down and get them, staying ski in/ski out should have tickets at your disposal. also need another hot tub, when there approx. 10-15 loud adults had taken over the hot tub, no one else could get in there. love the sauna.

Since there was a major snow storm the people not skiing or snowboarding were stuck in the condo. Beautiful view, great balcony, plenty of storage space, kitchen was well equipped, cable and games available. Although the condo sleeps 6 they only provided 4 towels so I would plan to bring extra. Shuttle service was nice on day one until the storm came in and then they couldn’t run. Property manager was fantastic and flexible since we weren’t sure we would be able to check out and also gave us a late check out time. The reason the cleanliness was a little low was the floors of the condo were dirty, especially behind the bathroom doors. Would definitely stay again but will bring plenty of drinks and food and towels.
