Nemo Cay Resort D104 è un primo piano, un'unità a due piani che offre un ambiente spensierato per il relax e la ricreazione che è la definizione stessa di "vacanza". Il complesso si trova in una posizione isolata ma centrale su North Padre Island, adiacente al nuovissimo Schlitterbahn Water Park Resort. Questo è il complesso ideale per le famiglie che vogliono godersi il nuovo parco acquatico e le tante altre attrazioni della zona, tra cui spiagge bellissime, pesca, golf, surf e molto altro ancora.
C'è anche molto da divertirsi nel complesso, tra cui una piscina deluxe con una piscina di acqua poco profonda per i kiddos, fontane a spruzzo, cabine, pozzi per barbecue, shuffleboard e un parco giochi con scivoli, un'altalena di pneumatici e molto altro! Scendendo in inverno? Allora ti piacerà anche la piscina riscaldata!
INTERNI
L'interno di questa unità è splendidamente decorato con un tema costiero rilassante. Se vieni a guardare una partita importante, ti divertirai davvero con la TV a schermo piatto da 60 "e la soundbar nel soggiorno. La scatola del soggiorno ha anche il servizio DVR per soggiorni prolungati. Questi proprietari hanno anche aggiunto HBO, Showtime e Cinemax per il piacere della visione. Ogni camera è dotata di TV e lettore DVD. Hai anche la tua rete privata Wifi.
Al piano inferiore c'è una suite matrimoniale, bagno completo, lavanderia e soggiorno aperto, cucina e sala da pranzo. Al piano superiore ci sono altre due camere da letto che condividono un bagno in corridoio. Una delle camere al piano di sopra ha un letto king size e l'altra ha un letto a castello pieno / doppio con un doppio rotelle e di recente ha aggiunto un altro set di letti a castello. C'è anche un divano letto queen size nella zona giorno per due ospiti aggiuntivi.
Porta il tuo amico peloso perché anche questa proprietà è PET-FRIENDLY!
Sono forniti biancheria per ogni letto e asciugamani per ogni ospite. È richiesto un soggiorno minimo di due notti. Gli ospiti contraenti di Padre Escapes devono avere almeno 25 anni. L'ospite deve avere una patente di guida statale o altro documento identificativo accettabile.

This is my second time renting with Padre Escapes and first time renting a townhome. This property was clean, fully stocked, spacious and centrally located. I will definitely rent from Pare Escapes again! Their communication is great, staff are great to work with & professionals, on time and properties are exactly as described. Only recommendation I would give in the townhome is to put up a privacy fence on the back patio other than that I would recommend this property. We had 5 adults, 2 children, and one small dog.

This unit was perfect for the 11 of us. The staff at Padre Escapes were so helpful and found this unit and another unit for our large group and it couldn't of worked out better.

Overall the condo was spacious and clean. It’s well decorated and stocked. However the one thing that kept us from enjoying our stay and coming back were the beds. The kids bunk beds were fine, but the king size beds were horrible and hard. I had a neck/back pain all weekend. I would suggest some mattress toppers.

Available towels per guest was kind of an issue. We stayed 3 nights and with 6 total adults and 5 kids. I believe we were issued 4 towels. We wouldve gladly reused washed and shared but laundry detergent wasn’t available. And trip back to grocery store wasnt an option for us once we settled in.

The place was lovely and kid friendly, but the dishes were dirty with old food stuck on the pots, pans, & plates. The sheets were disgusting there was private body hair on the master sheets and stains on one of the kids sheets in the bunk room. Other than having to come in and wash everything the place is great just need to get a handle on cleaning services so that guests can relax totally and not have to clean first. Especially when guests are paying a cleaning fee.

Staying at Nemo Cay Resort was the best condo experience we've stayed at! The unit was very clean & pretty, checking in & out was easy, the staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, the entire unit is very well stocked & decor is awesome, my kids loved the pool & the stay, great place for a family stay, the entire property is very well kept, & parking in front of the condo is very convenient. We didn't mind that it wasn't beach front since the drive to the beach & fishing pier took about 5min. Loved Whitecap Beach! The sand is soft & beach was clean. The owner's truly take pride in this condo. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed an extra night! We'd definitely stay here again!

Our original rental had a water leak and smelled like mold. We were moved from that rental into another smaller rental for the night. We had planned to stay two nights but only could only stay the one night because there were no more rentals available. Padre escapes is gave us the difference back to our account and is giving us a discount on our next stay. I was upset we didn’t get stay both nights but at least the situation was handled in a professional manner.

Stayed in Corpus with family, at the Nemo Cay Resort and it was a great family vacation! My kids really enjoyed themselves. The condo was extremely kid-friendly and welcoming and the resort was amazing. We are already planning for another trip!!

We loved our stay. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. Very small spaces. If everyone drove cars it would be fine but lots of big trucks made it hard to get to your door at times.
