Accommodation all on ground floor, very well furnished, with all the kitchen equipment, and towels you could possibly need. Access to the garden was a bonus, as was the sight of the castle from the property (the castle was lit up at night).
Only slight drawback was that the shower is not wheelchair accessible (with a 4-6 inch step into it, at the corner, through half doors).
Altogether a very pleasant stay, with several “beautiful villages of France” only a few miles away.
Only drawback

Clean and spacious accommodation only a few minutes walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and welcoming and the booking process made better by frequent and prompt emails. The apartment was very well equipped and benefits from its own off-road parking which is essential when visiting Kayersberg in peak season (particularly Christmas Markets!!).
