Michelle was very accommodating and responsive. I am a clean fanatic and this home lived up to my expectations. Loved the convenience to all the great restaurants and shopping.

This charming cottage was just the retreat we needed from our travels seeing family and friends. A little peace and quiet yet only a mile from the upscale Park Avenue. We dined well, slept well and recharged.

This apartment is attached to the owners house but you wouldn’t know it. Private walk way and entrance. The owner provided the door code the day of arrival and then checked in the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory. The apartment was super clean. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. The queen bed was comfortable, I can’t comment on the bunk beds as we didn’t use them. This bathroom was large and clean. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the corner of the main bedroom that was perfect for drinks and making popcorn. There’s is a nice little sitting room at the entrance with a second tv and couch to enjoy the evenings. It was just my finance and I but this would have a been a perfect place for a family with 2 small children with the bunk room providing privacy for the parents but keeps the kids close. I would most definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Orlando.

A very cute small rental! There may have been cats in the unit at one point because I could smell it but I just opened some windows to air it out. Wonderful location.

I loved that it had a cozy feel to it. It had everything that we needed and it didn’t need to be a huge place. I also loved the neighborhood it was in. Very quiet and in walking distance to a lot of things to do.

I rented this with one friend for a few days and extended my stay through Vrbo with the owners help because Winter Park Charm lives up to its name. It is lovely, clean, comfortable, in a nice neighborhood and within a reasonable distance to everywhere we were interested in visiting. I am pleased to rate Winter Park Charm five stars across the board and obviously, am recommending it.

Wonderful location and great for a weekend away!

This property was exactly as advertised and the stay was flawless. Michelle was incredibly responsive to our communications and requests and went overboard to make sure we had a pleasant experience. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Winter Park.

We had an awesome peaceful stay at Michelle's rental! It was super clean, comfortable and perfect for our weekend trip. Michelle was a great host and very helpful. We highly recommend the Scenic Boat Tour! We slept amazing and had a lovely weekend. The apartment is decorated super cute and had nice comfy seating and beds.

Michelle was wonderful and the place was perfect. It is in a wonderful location and easy to find upon arrival. I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to the Winter Park area.

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. I wasn't in town for the best of reasons, but this stat made me feel very at home. Consider it a private little cottage that is well furnished and extremely charming. I had hoped to stay for four more nights but it was booked and that I was expecting. It's special place, I can completely understand why. The owner was fantastic to deal with, instant communication. It gets no better.

Michelle has a charming, cozy spot for the perfect stay in Winter Park! Close to the Park Ave and many other “to dos”! She was a gracious hostess! Will be going back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. This location is just a few blocks from Winter Park Village where you'll find food, shopping and movies, and a 30 minute walk from the shopping area on Park Avenue and Rollins College. The place is very clean and included everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting outside under the covered porch. Other reviewers mentioned train noise being bothersome, however, we weren't bothered by it.
