Overall the house was great! We loved the close proximity to Zion and enjoyed having a backyard to hang out in at night. The kitchen was stocked enough for us to make dinner there every night. The only issue was the dogs at night, as mentioned in the description. My family slept through them but I did not at first. Once I started using g the noisemaker and ear plugs, I slept well. It’s clear the hosts have done everything they can to help this situation. They were super helpful and responsive when I reached out.

My husband first was afraid that this place was a scam because the price was so good. But after we got here he was so pleased to find that it was exactly as advertised. A delightful little house very close to Zion National Park and super close to a grocery store so you can cook and save money and have a great time at the park. I only wish we had found the device on the master dresser which can help stop the dog next door from barking. I didn't even know such devices were possible and how thoughtful of the host to include one. But honestly the dog didn't really bother me at all.

Excellent home. Close to Zion national park (20 to 30 min drive). Love the backyard. Great place to stay with family and friends.

Great homebase for our three days in Zion. Property was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We had a great dinner at Yu’s Kitchen in La Verkin with enough leftovers for dinner the next night.
