La casa è perfettamente predisposta per la famiglia allargata con due camere da letto, 3 2 unità da bagno al terzo piano. Il secondo piano ha una grande sala riunioni con una piscina e tavolo da ping pong, 2 camere da letto con bagno completo e un altro 3 camere da letto 2 unità vasca. Quando si guida fino a Oasis vi rendete conto che siete dentro per un ossequio. Il primo piano ha l'ingresso, un mezzo bagno e 2 box auto. Salendo al secondo piano si entra nella prima delle 3 camere da letto 2 bagni. Questa unità ha una cucina completa, grande tavolo da pranzo che si adatta a tutto il gruppo. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza ha due letti singoli. Ci sono due grandi porte che si aprono nella Gathering Room con wet bar, biliardo, ping pong, divano e TV a schermo piatto. La vasca idromassaggio al secondo piano non è operativa e non è a disposizione degli ospiti. Passare attraverso la sala e troverete un bagno completo, una camera da letto con 2 letti singoli e una camera con 2 letti matrimoniali. Un luogo perfetto per i bambini o giovani a cuore per appendere fuori. Salite il terzo piano e sarete rete con una stupenda vista sul mare e sul fiume. Il piano superiore è diviso in due 3 unità da letto. L'unità del Sud ha una cucina completa, soggiorno con vista sull'oceano. Una volta dentro mossa a ovest e si trovano 2 camere da letto e un bagno completo. Queste camere dispongono di 2 letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, bagno completo, TV a schermo piatto e porte che si aprono ad un patio con vista sull'oceano annoiarvi! Passare attraverso le porte principali soggiorno e si entra nel portico principale oceano con passaggio privato fino alla spiaggia. Uscita attraverso il fiume vista patio e troverete l'unità unità del Nord ha un altro cucina, soggiorno e altro una splendida vista sull'oceano. Una volta dentro mossa a ovest e si trovano 2 camere da letto e un bagno completo. Queste camere dispongono di 2 letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, bagno completo, TV a schermo piatto e porte che si aprono ad un altro patio con vista sull'oceano annoiarvi! Parcheggio per un massimo di 8 auto e dormire per 24.

We needed a place with a lot of bedrooms. The house was great for a lot of people. The house is dated but clean. We had a problem with the toilet on 2nd floor that we called about but never heard anything from management. Other bathrooms in the house struggled to refill. The house was great for entertaining and space.

There is a great large game room and separate "suites" that allow people to have their own space too. Easy beach access and nice ocean views from the upper decks.

Our family vacation consisted of 20 people from the ages of 84 to 2 1/2. The house was large enough for each of us to have space of our own but still be together. Access to the beach was very convenient. We enjoyed being able to watch the sunrise. The kitchens were well equipped for the family meals. I would recommend this property to anyone who has a large family gathering.

Excellent property in a great beach with lots of space for a large group. Direct access to beach is great. Generally well equipped. The description on the VRBO listing is complete and accurate. It would have been even more enjoyable if the hot tub were operable. There were only a few minor issues we noted: There was a blender in one of the three kitchens, and its lid was nowhere to be found. The bathtub drains very slowly in the main bedroom suite on the 3rd floor N unit. The toilet tank in that same bathroom takes way to long (at least 10 minutes) to get refilled after each flush.

Definitely big and sprawling with lots of room for people to have their personal space but come together for meals and cooking. Nice views of the beach from the third-floor. Good spacing between the houses, so you have a fair amount of privacy, and the beach is very quiet there, particularly during the week. The beach itself was very nice and flat, which allowed for walking, bike, riding, and swimming easily. Definitely a good place for a big group!

We stayed at this wonderful 11 bedroom house on Crescent Beach for our semi-annual family reunion at the beach. It was just perfect for our get-together. We had plenty of bedrooms in family groups, great kitchens for group meals, a wonderful game room that was always in use and easy access to the beach and surf. I hope we can stay here again in two years when we next get together as a large family group.

Awesome time with the family! We had family from 11/2 ~ 70 yrs old! Loved how we all had our own space yet a wonderful space to all come together! Great family game room & dining room! Loved all of the decks! Wonderful for a family with all different ages!!!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beach Oasis! We had a great time with our family there, but mother nature wasn't too kind with 40F weather. We missed the air hockey and tabletop shuffled board that were in the pictures. Also, we had some issues with the cleanliness of the sheets (blood stains) and was worried that there were bed bugs. Sunshine was great to help us. We would like to stay again in 2-3 years. Overall ii is a great property.

Beach access and experience is 5 stars all the way. Semi private, great sand, wide and nice waves House design was good for multiple families with a nice game room. The downside is that the house is not in the best of shape. A bit run down. For example, ping ping paddles bad shape, not enough silverware or coffee cups, blender didn't work, broken elevator (carry up 3 levels) and very limited 1 ply TP. But as I said the location was too notch.

This is the 3rd year here and it is close to restaurants, yet has a very uncrowded beach.

The house needs some TLC but it’s perfect for large family. Plenty of space and activities for teens. Loved the beach.

Great stay
Large house accommodated 19 very nicely. We used main kitchen on floor 2 for chef prepared dinners 3rd floor kitchens; one for breakfast and one for drinks. House a little outdated and pool sticks not in good condition but we made lots of good memories. Great views. Comfortable rooms. Thanks for having us. Cheers.

Mostly very good
The house is very large and a great place for large groups with 11 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms, and tons of deck space. The only issue I have is that some of the furniture was in bad condition and should probably be replaced. There were a few other small maintenance issues (lamps missing light bulbs, running toilets, etc.).

The house is amazing for family gatherings. There are so many wonderful spots within the home and on the outside deck. We had a wonderful time and might go again if they clean better. The carpet in the game room was so dirty that the dirt came off on our guests bare feet. It was embarrassing. The entire house could use a deep cleaning.

Fabulous place for multiple families!
This property exceeded our expectations - it was perfect for our three-family crew of 19 people! It has three separate apartments, the top two with three bedrooms each and the bottom larger one (which also had a giant game room, complete with air hockey, pool, and ping pong tables) with five bedrooms. Wonderful for everyone to spread out with quieter spaces for babies or those who wanted it and plenty of play room and space for the rest of the kids, and room in the bottom dining area to fit us all. The elevator and grocery cart in the house were such an amazing bonus. They made unloading all of our stuff (and packing it back up again at the end) such a breeze!!
The beach was gorgeous; it was wonderful having it right in the backyard! A few more towels and a broom would have been much appreciated, but overall definitely a wonderful wonderful experience!!

Huge house with lots of room
Thank you for a wonderful home. It is enormous and was clean when we arrived. Checkin/checkout was easy. The playroom was a hot for the kids and with all that is going on the separate spaces allowed for distancing if you wanted it.

Great spot for beach weekend
This is a great property located oceanfront. It has all the amenities you might need. Our group loved the volleyball courts near the pier and enjoyed time on the beach. The realty company was extremely accommodating and friendly.

Gorgeous view and spacious accommodations
We had 15 people stay here and there was plenty of room. The private walkway out to the beach was fabulous as were the views. The kitchens were well stocked with pots, pans, and all our cooking needs.

Located just south of St. Augustine and right on the beach, it was ideal for everything. The large kitchen/dining area seated our maximum of 27. The game room kept the kids entertained and the beach was great for our family photos and splashing around. Just a hop, skip and jump to St. Augustine too. Great place for a family trip.
What a great place for exactly what we needed. We have a larger family so the eight bedrooms, two kitchens, and huge playroom was great for the adults and kids. The beach access was as good as it gets and the beach seemed like it was all to ourselves. Would highly recommend this house.
