It was a wonderful stay, even better than the pictures. Space was great for a family of 12 including the kiddos. Right on the beach was the best. We will definitely be back! It has amazing views and the rooms/beds were very comfy. The kitchen was stocked well with kitchen wear. The only thing to remember was to buy coffee, salt, pepper, basic stuff. The only minor issue I would say is while we were checking out and throwing trash out at 10:05 there was a man sitting there that was just a bit rude to my brother that was rushing us to get out so that they could “turn over the place”…we checked out fine but thought it was just a bit rude to sit outside and mention that check out was at 10… we were only trying to make sure we left the place clean. Other than that, please was a great rental for a family beach getaway.

The view was absolutely AMAZING! The unit itself, was nice and roomy. However, upon our arrival, some of the dishes were not clean but placed in the cabinet, The upper bathroom shower did not get hot only warm, the TV in the master would not stay connected to the internet in order to watch TV. I made a maintenance order, someone came out and got it connected, but as soon as it was turned off and back on it would not connect. So we just went and bought a TV and brought back home with us. The dryer did not dry very well made another maintenance order, someone came out and said it needed a sensor but we were going to be leaving the day someone was to come fix it. We received a message that someone said we were smoking in the unit and someone was coming to inspect, we welcomed them because we don’t even smoke. And lastly, when we arrived, the trash bin was completely full, I called and asked about the trash service, was told it would be picked up on Monday (this was Saturday). I asked what we were supposed to do with our trash til Monday as there was no place in the can, we were told we would have to keep it in the unit. I just feel like the amount we paid we should have been able to enjoy more than just the view.
