We absolutely loved this condo. The communication was incredible and the customer service was amazing. The view is unmatchable and the location to everything is so convenient. We will stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to PCB. The 3 bedroom 3 bath unit was perfect. Stunning views from the living room and both masters. The end balcony provides views of the gulf as well as down the strip. It was great to have such a panoramic view.
Having a parking deck under the building is way more convenient than walking across the street. Perfect for people traveling with elderly. Sterling Reef is a fantastic complex in a great location.
We will definitely stay here again.

The property was great! 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths and a sleeper sofa. The balconies were perfect!

The property location was great, however there are some things you need to know about the property. You have three different codes to memorize, one for the room, one for the beach, and one for the restrooms at the pool. They definitely don’t make it easy for kids to maneuver. Also, this is an 18 story condo with only 2 elevators! You will wait forever for an elevator, the parking deck is tiny and costs you an extra 50/day. I don’t remember reading that in the listing details. On to the room, it was fine, best way to describe it. Layout was perfect for our family, everyone had their own space. The floors were gross, they were very dirty and it showed on the bottom of our feet. Even after they supposedly came out and cleaned them it still made our feet discolored.
