Questa luminosa e moderna villa offre servizi eccezionali. La sua nuova piscina riscaldata di 15 m, con tapparella, il suo sito popolato da ulivi secolari, la sua vista panoramica sulla costa e la vicinanza del villaggio ne fanno un idilliaco luogo di villeggiatura. È perfetto per 2 famiglie e può ospitare 10 persone nelle sue 5 camere da letto. La villa, 260 m2 su 2 livelli, è installata su un terreno di 1600 m2. È arredato con un ampio soggiorno-biblioteca con cucina americana, grandi finestre panoramiche sulla terrazza arredata. 5 ampie camere da letto (3 matrimoniali, da 2 a 2 letti singoli), 4 bagni e 4 WC separati garantiscono il massimo del comfort. L'impostazione verde profuma la piscina 15x4 m. La villa è notevolmente attrezzata. Musica ovunque (sistema multi-room), pianoforte a coda Steinway, computer e wifi, TV e lettore Blu-ray, biblioteca e CD-libreria. Le persiane telecomandate, il solarium, il barbecue, le terrazze completano il comfort. L'incantevole villaggio medievale, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, si trova a 5 minuti a piedi. Lusso, calma e sensualità qualificano il tuo soggiorno.

Great stay in the house, close walk to town with plenty of great restaurants and food shops. Perfect for families with small children with everything you could need. Amazing pool and garden area!

We really enjoyed our stay there. The house is well located and boasts stunning views on the Mediterranean sea.
The pool was really nice and the check in / check out process was seamless.
Agnès was really helpful and so were the owners.
The picturesque town of Tourettes sur loup is just a short 10 minutes walk away where you'll find a lot of great restaurants and bakeries.
I can't recommend this place enough!

We had a fabulous stay in this property. Its main selling point is the fabulous views over the pool and down the valley to the Med beyond through the brand new panoramic sliding doors/windows in the living area.The house is spacious (although the kitchen area a little confined in the open plan living area upstairs ) and very comfortable. It is a family home so not surprisingly a little worn in places but certainly gave us a great holiday.
Agnes, the manager of the cleaning team, was very keen to pick up on any issues that had arisen during our stay and I have no doubt that even minor points will be acted on. Isabelle and Emmanuelle were also very responsive and helpful in allowing us to access the property earlier in the day than advertised.
The house is in a great location for visiting both local hillside villages and the coast (about 25 mins away). Tourrettes (a 5 min walk) is a great village with a good boulangerie and fabulous restaurants. All in all a great property and place for a holiday.

House was comfortable and pool was great. Views fantastic. Location gave easy access to village. Lighting to terrace puzzling in the evenings- usually went off 3 times before behaving itself!!Gold stars to boulangerie and boucherie. Piano and library were an added bonus as were the cuddly toys (loved by the grandchildren). All in all a wonderful holiday.
